"Place was average as expected. We used the jacuzzi in the room and got a rude nock two times on the door from the guy at the front desk wanted to now if something was going on in the room because the room next door was complaining! Second time where told we could not use the tub anymore!!! The pool area was filthy. When we checked out the guy next store from us was complaining and was given a large discount! We were told since we booked through Expedia we could not be compensated? Probably...

One big plus that we didn’t know about until we got there was there’s a second fridge. In the pictures there’s a small fridge and I was worried about it having enough room for families needs but they have a second full sized fridge as well. "Right on Carp Lake! Relaxing porch is a few feet from the water! Two convenient restaurants very close with great food. Perfect for day trips to Mackinaw Island and Whitefish Point. Not fancy. Bring extention cords as no outlets in the bedrooms. Bathroom needs an update. Cement floor. Loved our 2 night stay!"

"I loved staying at the cedar loft. I went for a solo trip and really enjoyed the beach and forest and serenity of the place, especially the day when no one else had booked the neigboring spot and I had the whole beach to myself. The loft had everything I needed and had amazing views of the lake even from the bed. Would recommend. "
