"The beds were very uncomfortable and the blankets had cigarette burns in them. There are no hooks in the bathroom to hang anything up. There was dust everywhere and on the blinds, and the refrigerator froze our food. Also the faucet in the bathroom shot water sideways, like a prank water fountain and no broom to sweep sand that is tracked in. The hotel pool area was kinda scary looking- we didn’t use the pool. The view from the cabin front door was exceptional, tho."

"Overall could not ask for a better place to stay. We loved our cabin and the location on the beach was very convenient for the kids getting in and out of the water. Will definitely recommend the cabin to friends and family. Will be back next year!"

"It was ok. For starters, there is not heat. There is no fireplace, even though it states there is one. There is an electric, space heater on the wall Difficult to find the place, as there is no address sign, and the road is very dark. Interior is less than finished. The bathroom door isn’t tall enough for the opening, and there is a gap at the top when it’s closed. One bedroom doesn’t have a doorknob. Privacy is lacking, overall. "This place was perfect for our needs of having a dog-friendly place to stay between our trips to Mackinaw City & Mackinac Island—great location (~12 minute drive to Mackinaw), comfortable amenities, and quiet. Would love to come back and explore more of the area!"
