"We booked a stay for myself and my two daughter for a get together. We originally we booked for one of the smaller building but at check in my daughter asked if we could get a room at the Main Lodge. We were graciously moved to a room in the Main Lodge with no change in price. The staff was friendly and very efficient. My daughters especially liked the wonderful aroma in the halls and lounges. "It is one of the nicer places to stay in Charlavoix. I will return in the future. We did have a problem when checking in. Edgewater said we didn't have a reservation and they do not online booking. I did have a confermation from Hotels.com when I booked my stay. Edgewater did have vacancies so I was still able to get a room. I did call Hotels.com and ask them and they confirmed I did have a reservation and called Edgewater. Dewatering did tell they dot do online e booking so this made no sense....
