"Nothing was working- The big yellow slide was closed, every single locker station was closed, every single shower in womens locker room had no soap in it, the pool walls are dirty the water fountain was rust color the entire thing.and the elevator in building 1 didn't work- we had an infant and stroller so it was very inconvenient. I wanted to ask for a credit/refund but the front desk was full of people every time I came up. Not happy"

"Rooms and hotel are clean and comfortable. The elevator broke during our stay. Thank goodness there are only two floors. "

"Hotel didn’t have body wash nor soap and when I asked front desk for some they told me I can use the hand soap or go next door to purchase some . Nothing but homeless people drinking and smoking outside of the hotel doors and things kept falling apart . Rooms was very clean but very cold , heat worked but not well "
