Very pleasant villa with swimming pool

  • Very nice villa in a quiet area 5 minutes from the city center on foot, shops and services.
    Beach at 3 km, cycle path, shuttle.
    Villa with 3 bedrooms with wardrobe:
    - 3 beds 160/200
    - bathroom and separate toilet
    - fully equipped kitchen
    - laundry room
    - swimming pool
    - enclosed garden
    Very large driveway that can accommodate several cars.
    Duvets ( 220/240) provided as well as pillows. Bed linen, towels, dish towels not provided.
    Cleaning must be done by you when you take it out or an extra 100 euros will be requested.
    Wifi available.
    A deposit check of 3000 euros will be requested on your arrival in case of breakage, loss or damage to our property.
    No young people, no pets, privileged family.
    Rental from Saturday to Saturday. 7 days minimum.
    No rental will be accepted except for families with children during the Bayonne festivities, i.e. from 09 to 13 July.
