"The hotel was very spacious, there is a family mart open 24 hrs in the lobby, the triple bed room was perfect for 3 people. The hotel garden is absolutely breathtaking to behold. There were hotel shuttle buses between hotel and Narita airport which made it very convenient. Hotel was very clean! Most of staff could speak good english and very helpful. They can store and deliver bags to next hotel for you. Bed was comfy. I had a great night sleep there. There was restaurants close by (including unagi). Walkable distance to Narita san, walking street (10 mins) and Aeon mall (around 30 mins walk).
