"The Pink House Unit B was one of the best units I have stayed using VRBO for years now. The pictures do it perfect justice. It’s a nice quaint space with a 1 min walk to beach. The unit is literally across the street from the beach which was quiet, not crowded at all. The only tiny drawback was the bathroom. The shower and toilet do need updates but don’t let that detour you one bit. Great place and location! I would rent again for sure!!!"

"The property is perfect! Came for 5 days with my mother and have absolutely no complaints. Location is close to everything, villa was clean and had everything you could think of. The free trolly is such a great service, definitely no rental car needed at this location. Mike was excellent to communicate with, quick responses and very helpful. Will definitely be back soon! Thank you for helping me make lifetime memories with my mom❤️"

"The listing states it’s a one bedroom. We didn’t look CLOSELY at the pictures. Didn’t expect to pay this kind of money for a Murphy bed……. Absolutely expected a nice bedroom for this price. Tub didn’t drain when showering ( stood in ankle deep water). Thank goodness my husband is a licensed plumber and was able to make it drain some what better. The couch sucked………so was unable to watch TV after sunsets etc."

"The house is great, with the ease of having a pool and the beach being only 2 blocks away. This was our first time visiting Anna Maria. We have been finding other options the last couple years since we used to go to Captiva and that was destroyed in the hurricane almost 2 years ago. The island is pretty small but has different sections to explore. We enjoyed Coquina beach for a coupem hours one day, the restaurants were good very vactiony normal island grub type places. We did enjoy a great meal...

"The units are very spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The pool is underwhelming as is the hot tub. Access to the beach was as advertised but losing the lounge chairs and umbrellas by 5:00 p.m.,hours before sunset is not ideal, especially for those with mobility issues who want to remain for the sunset, a highlight of the day. My children looked forward to paddle boarding and kayaking (as advertised) and inquired several times during our multiple day stay but were told none were available....
