The Space:
This stylish house is in great condition and offers plenty of amenities for a large group. The massive back yard w/picnic tables looks over amazing views of the mountains surrounding Oneonta. It is all fully air - conditioned. The first floor contains a kitchen w/wood cabinetry, separate dining room to seat 8, spacious living room w/50" Flat Screen TV, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, and a full bathroom off the kitchen. The second floor contains 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed. There is a full bath with washer/dryer off the Hallway. The Master Suite is the 4th bedroom and on the second floor with it's own bathroom and double sink. 50" flat screen TV's in all bed rooms. The house is equipped with the Highest Speed Internet offered 400mbps and Direct TV with over 145+ channels!

Main Street is just a short walk away with an abundance of restaurants and nightlife, gives LEFT FIELD an advantage over many different vacation rentals. You will have the access yet far enough away from the "downtown noise".

LEFT FIELD is centrally located between both baseball camps.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 30 days of check in; 50% refund within 7 days of check in; no refund after that. There is a 5% fee associated with refunds.
