Communication with the owner was good; he responded quickly to my texts and dropped by early in the week to welcome us and assure us he was available to help if we needed anything (we didn’t). "This house was everything we hoped for and more for our stay in Cooperstown for our son's baseball tournament at Dreams Park. It was the perfect size and layout for three families with kids, 13 in total. The house was clean, well stocked and in the perfect location for all our weekly activities.
