"利用客の少ない平日に利用させていただきました、季節柄と今年の異常な気候によりカメムシが異常に発生しており、客室には十数匹のカメムシと独特の匂いが充満しており驚愕！！！最上階のお部屋でベランダと網戸、そしてサッシの部屋内側には無数のカメムシの死骸が・・・ 非常に大きな立派な施設ですが、細かい処の清掃や管理がなされていない感じがいたしました。 人不足せいですかね・・・ 朝食のみのプランでしたので、夕食はわかりませんが朝食は個食で味わい深いお品だけに残念でした。 また、温泉は実は（冷泉の加温！！）でした"

"A wonderful stay. The morning service at the temple was a profound experience. The introduction to zazen was great, though Japanese speakers will get most out of this - ditto the lecture before morning service. The meals were excellent, and everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. All together, this short stay was a true highlight of my month in Japan. "Beautiful onsen outside. Beautiful meals with gorgeous dishes and incredible personal service. Rooms were very comfortable and lovely. Some of the food was a bit odd for western tourists but there was more than enough to enjoy. We loved a day trip to Natadera. One of the most memorable temples we visited in Japan and the least crowded. Walk along the gorge also was nice. The town appeared interesting but was mostly closed on Tuesday when we were there. "

"當天只有我倆入住，好像包館似的XDDD~~~ 店主超用心服務，所有食物都是即做即上枱的，而他製作的料理簡直就是頂級美味，食材味道非常配合，非常新鮮！！ 房間景觀一流，山林間的小橋流水...讓人有種完全拋開一切煩惱輕鬆渡假的感覺！ 要說缺點就是溫泉水水溫不太熱，電話訊號不良而已，日本荒山就是這樣的啦！"

Great stay to relax in hot Onsen springs
"This hotel is wonderful with amenities such as hot onsen to relax and recover tired legs and body. I was amazed of how beautiful this property is. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and nice. Staff welcoming but didn’t speak English so it was a bit lost in translation. They allowed storage of luggage while we already check out to explore furthermore of the city. Location was a distance walk from train station and buses. 18 minute walk. Probably will reconsider in future while it can be a distance from transit and train station."
