"Hotel is pet friendly but doesn’t allow pets in the common areas (restaurants, etc) which is a bummer because we don’t travel with the dog to keep him inside the room all the time. They even told us that during summer he is not allowed in the garden areas (?). Also, it costed us CHF 50,00 per night for the dog. The staff is ULTRA friendly and polite. The common areas are fancy, clean and smell great, But we feel the gym, sauna and pool could have some improvements as the areas seem quote old...

"The whole stay was wonderful. Exceeded expectations in every way. Food was amazing quality & reasonably priced. Breakfast had everything you need and so fresh. Views and spa facilities were incredible. Couldn’t recommend enough. I am gluten free and only had to tell the restaurant once. The next day they remembered, freshly made gluten free bread every day. Gluten free nibbles with drinks. Perfect. Massive shout out and thank you to Luca P who made our last meal so special. Very attentive and attention to deal was second to none. Thank you Kurhaus for the most amazing stay. "
