"We stayed here for one night while attending a concert in Fairport. This house is in a nice neighborhood.....Our grandsons played in the driveway which is behind the house, away from the road, and I was able to walk my dog in a nice neighborhood. We were all over the place from the Strong Museum to High Falls Park to Fairport... this house was easy to get to from anywhere. I'd highly recommend this rental -- 5 stars :)"

"Room is modern and clean but has a few issues: 1. Curtain covers the air conditioner making it practically useless on a hot night 2. Stepping into the bathroom, the floor has a lip which is a trip hazard and nearly fell a few times 3. Outside is poorly maintained."

"The location was great - easy in and out of the neighborhood. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by. Jason and Shelby were very responsive to our questions and requests. The apartment itself is very spacious and quiet. The washer and dryer work great. The apartment is thoughtfully decorated and has some nice updates (the USB port was unexpected and especially appreciated). Also, coffee pods were available (thank you!). We enjoyed staying there. One note - if anyone in your group has...

"The place was not clean. The kitchen was a mess, the bedroom and bathroom doors were off the hinges. There was a window ac unit in the bedroom but nothing in the rest of the unit, leaving it feeling very uncomfortable. The space was smaller and unkept in comparison to the pictures. I would not stay here again."

"Perfect setup for a family. The kitchen has everything needed to cook and eat comfortably. Bedrooms are large and comfortable. More linens than we needed and the view of the cows next door is amazing!"
