"This property is like a secluded piece of paradise. It has amazing views of the cozy fown of Valdelaguna while keeping a secret garden vibe. The outsoor space is amazing but so is the inside. The owners of the property were so flexible with our check in, and they even met us for breakfast at one of the 2 bars in town to get to know us a bit better. "Loved this Parador. Reception desk on arrival were so helpful. Swimming pool was so nice to relax. The gardens were super and we were told, at the desk, to also stroll around them in the evening, which we did. Splendid! Rooms were spotless and spacious, so thank you staff behind the scenes. Loved Chinchon a small but fascinating town made better by this beautiful hotel. The only downside was the evening meal, which was disappointing. Might have been our choice of steak rather than local cuisine. English spoken at the desk but not in the town, so have google translate or marry a linguist like I did!"

"Few tips if you are going here: - If you want to eat lunch or dinner in the restaurant on site you have to whatsapp them to reserve a table. Do this as early as possible - we arrived mid afternoon and messaged asking for a table - no reply. When we went directly to the restaurant, we were told no as we didnt have a reservation even though it was half empty. So we had to leave and find somewhere off site- you have to have a car for this as others have said it is off grid. - Reception is a toll booth type box in the middle of the complex - they shut the windows so it does look shut but it isnt. - Others have mentioned the smell, it isnt unbearable but is noticeable. - It is quiet and the lodges are comfortable but not doable without a car and the ability to use whatsapp!"

"Good location between Toledo and Barajas if planning to visit Toledo after a long drive and leaving from Barajas the next day. Parking lot was full but there was plenty of space on the street. 3 single beds was a little crowded but triple room is what we requested. Very clean and well maintained. Front desk lady was very helpful."
