"I don’t normally leave reviews and I am conflicted…. Because I love the staff but the property not so much. Number 1, why do I have to pay $16 + to park my car 24 hours in a fenced in area that I need a working room keycard to gain entry, after putting a $100 hold on my card. Doesn’t make since, I can see if it was a open parking area. Number 2, I hope your not a light sleeper because it is directly under the runway of the airport and Number 3, I killed 3 roaches in my bathroom and sink area in a 24 hr stay. I let the front desk know and they apologized 😒..I ask guest next door and they said they had a one in their room… I ask some other guest in the lobby and they said they had none… maybe that’s a 3rd floor issue or a issue in the building behind the pool, which where I was. It was affordable under the circumstances but I was not happy glad it was only for one night, but they need to do better. "

"The building is dated. For the price paid, in the $380s we were charged for services that are usually free. To check in early because rooms were available, they were going to charge a fee and to store luggage we were charged per luggage. Over priced and basic services provided. "

"The check-in experience was extremely disappointing and made us feel very unwelcome from the moment we arrived. The front desk associate did not greet us or offer any kind of welcoming attitude. Instead, she immediately asked for our ID and credit card in a cold and dismissive manner. She was handling a stack of cards while checking us in and failed to explain anything about the hotel, amenities, or our stay. Her behavior came across as rude, unprofessional, and inattentive. Overall, it left a very negative first impression and greatly affected our experience."

"My stay at the Sonesta was great. The pool is being renovated. But you can use the pool next door. The location is great for food and other activities. The hotel has a shuttle to and from the airport that goes back and forth regularly. "

"Staff is ok, Location is good but the blanket where dirty and lamp with dust, i get super freak a guy also with a huge Weapon Rifle with long ammo without no cover getting out the property, one moment i get scared and the guy leave. Parking good and doors dont close well no impact sound proof. so a lot noise from the street."
