"When we first got into our room it was set to 68 with the ac on. It was cold! Then we went to make coffee and the Keurig leaked all the water out. We went to the front desk and they said the maintenance person would be back at xx time. About 40 min after that time we went downstairs to the hot tub and the staff forgot about our request. Got back to the room, they left the old Keurig plugged in and left the replacement one on the desk. The new machine didn’t work either, not sure if a plug issue or not. Even with the heat turned on the ac was still going. "

Since the building was going through renovations none of the amenities were available but they were clear about it from the beginning. Cant wait to go back when they’re at 100%. "
