"The house had lots of room and good location. Coffee maker had mold in it. One bedroom none of the outlets worked. Owner didn’t know WiFi password. But the real downfall for me came after check out. I was charged 400 several days after leaving. Emailed owner through VRBO and he said it was an error and he would correct. He now has not responded to any emails so I have to go through my bank. Literally stole 400 for no reason. I have the email conversation where he admitted it should not have been charged to me. "

"Breakfast was not the best. We stayed for three nights and they did not clean our room, we had to ask them to remove the trash. The housekeepers spoke no English and we had to communicate with them through our phone translator, which really didn’t help.When we got there, a lot of people were waiting to check in because the rooms were not ready. Called front desk for help. No answer after 2 calls. They finally answered on the 3rd try but there was no "help" to fix the problem. They offered another room but I had already settled there."
