The manager or host on duty was amazing! She answered all my questions and concerns. She was having technical difficulties but did not allow that to take away from her customer service attitude. It was a comfortable stay. I would recommend family to stay there when we return in May for a family graduation. Thank you so much!

Black mold

The bathroom sheet rock was rotten and covered in big patches of black mold. All behind the toilet and all above the ahower. Boothroom door would shut all the way and the toilet seat would move to a point where it would hit the bathroom door when you closed it. Towel and clothing racks were bent badly.

Disappointed on the Bayou

If we thought we were staying at a small but well-appointed motel -as indicated by the pictures - in a non-smoking room, we were wrong. There was a smell of smoke when we walked in and several burn holes on our sheet-thin bed cover, with more on the toilet seat & bathtub. There was a large space before the bed area - a private dance floor, we wondered? - where, ostensibly, a couch or chair and perhaps a table would be in a “suite.” On the bathroom door there were 9 different stains in various shades of makeup, like someone was trying to determine the right foundation color, and splatter was around the light switch. Since both of these wiped off easily with our dingy washcloth, I can only assume that whoever cleaned, if anyone, did a very poor job. Maybe they wanted to avoid the stopped up sink so they skipped it. The bottom of the shower curtain was covered with dark mildew. Finally, the curtain on our window had a half-dozen holes where the sun poured through. A fire alarm went off after midnight, and firemen came knocking at our door. When one came in to check our alarm, he asked, “Did it smell like smoke when you got here?” The only positives in this room were a full-sized and clean refrigerator, and a mural of a cypress swamp.

You asked for it!!

Person at the desk was nice. Room sub par due to dirty baseboards, dingy sheets, sink cracked in pieces, curtain had 3 holes in them, bathroom door doesn’t close,toilet has stains in it, jiggly faucet, bucket under the sink to catch water and last but not least, no coffee pot!!!

Needed a cheap place and this was great. After reading reviews, we didn’t have high hopes but we were pleasantly surprised. Floors could have been cleaner and the sheets were stained but smelled clean. Can’t beat it for the price

Very disappointed customer

Not so good at all! There was not even a hair in the room to sit on, the door non came off the door. The room was not clean at all we had to go to the next nearest hotel to stay and we was supposed to stay 2 nights it ended up being 1 and the owner blamed us for the door knob and it was giving us problems to get in the room

It was not so great, key card didn't work at first, toilet did not flush right. When I checked out no person at desk had to call a number, I was told to leave key in room and lock door. I had to go back up the steps to do so.
