"I booked this listing 2 months ago. I have used Expedia for flights & stays a lot in the past, so was not hesitant to use again. I never received any emails or messages about check-in procedures. "Family of 5 here. We needed somewhere along our route to stop for the night and this was the perfect place. We booked shortly before arriving, check in was a breeze, the room setup was perfect for us as we have preteens who were able to stay up late in the adjacent room without bothering us. Basic toiletries were provided which made it easier instead of having to unpack and repack everything on a whim since we were just sleeping and getting back on the road again. The room was clean, staff was helpful and friendly, we did not stay for breakfast."

"The hotel is not a 8 start hotel like the site says. The pool area not maintained I was scared to use the pool, My room had a broken sofa bed, there was no maintenance on property , no housekeeping on property. I made serval trips to front desk for towels. There was also a coffee maker in the room but no cups no ,coffee pot ,and no coffee. We were so uncomfortable we shorted our vacation early. I don’t recommend this hotel if you are on vacation and want to have a good experience . I also made a complaint to corporate office but no response yet it’s being a week , I also included pictures."

"The room was clean, the only thing was there was what looked like pubic hair all in the shower. There is no elevator so you have to climb stairs and it is a little warm in the hall and a little stinky. The room however smells clean. We didn’t use the pool, but it was open and looked very nice. Would stay again!"
