"I booked this listing 2 months ago. I have used Expedia for flights & stays a lot in the past, so was not hesitant to use again. I never received any emails or messages about check-in procedures. Second clue this was a false listing was I could not find the property. The address number did not exist, it lead me to a different address. "The hotel is not a 8 start hotel like the site says. The pool area not maintained I was scared to use the pool, My room had a broken sofa bed, there was no maintenance on property , no housekeeping on property. I made serval trips to front desk for towels. There was also a coffee maker in the room but no cups no ,coffee pot ,and no coffee. We were so uncomfortable we shorted our vacation early. I don’t recommend this hotel if you are on vacation and want to have a good experience . I also made a complaint to corporate office but no response yet it’s being a week , I also included pictures."

"The room was clean, the only thing was there was what looked like pubic hair all in the shower. There is no elevator so you have to climb stairs and it is a little warm in the hall and a little stinky. The room however smells clean. We didn’t use the pool, but it was open and looked very nice. Would stay again!"

"The property was excellent for what we needed. My husband and I and another couple rented this property over the weekend for a few days, as we were volunteering for the 1st Annual Accordion Festival in Cankton, LA that our friends were putting on. The host Jerard was excellent in communicating any questions that we had. Would definitely recommend."
