When we got there Melanie greeted us and helped wheel in some of our luggage. The highest of hospitality you can ever imagine. The staff will take your bags to your room and also when you leave. 5 Star service. In 35 years of travel, this was by far the best service and staff I have experienced. Help with planning sight seeing, recommendations, and tickets. The chef was amazing with the breakfast. The villa was top notch with a great bed, pool, hot tub/Jacuzzi, patio area. Secluded, so not to worry about tourist watching you in your villa. Free transportation from the Port and Airport. Highly recommended, with great views of the sunset.

The first one in Firostefani was disappointing, despite good reviews on tripadvisor and hotels.com. Remezzo, in contrast, was amazing. The Last Sunbeam is an absolutely amazing amazing hotel in Fira! The price is incredible and the personal customized breakfast is phenomenal! Eneida is the most amazing host and so are all the cleaners and staff that work towards making guests experience amazing. I truly enjoyed my stay. The stay at Smaro Suites was excellent. The room was very spacious and clean. It had all the amenities you needed and the location was great. The team there is also great. They went above and beyond in helping to make all requests and accomodations. Whatever we needed we asked and they made it happen. They are very nice and allowed us to stay on the property and even use a Jacuzzi after we checked out and waited until our flight in the evening. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone...

Very elegant and peaceful hotel with sophisticated menu of fresh Greek food. Incredible breakfast. Staff was warm, friendly extremely helpful! Stayed w two kids 15 and 8 and were very glad we picked the room w the plunge pool. Hotel is located between the two main villages of Oía and Fira and I recommend the easy walk to Fira around sunset along the pedestrian walkway carved into the rim of the volcano. Oía is much further away and only reachable by bus from Fira or by a 35 euro taxi each way....

Had a wonderful stay at Divino Suites! Anna was extremely responsive, helpful, and flexible. I stayed in the small room (4) at the top of the stairs with my own private patio, a hot tub and an amazing ocean view.
