Not bad at all for Opp AL

The beds are very comfortable. We just made a quick stop to sleep during our road trip so we didn't really enjoy anything else besides a good night sleep but the pool looked nice.

VERY comfortable beds. Clean room and bathroom. Great staff. Very courteous.

Property was conveniently located to shops & restaurants and about 10-15 min from Fort Rucker. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed the continental breakfast each morning. We were traveling with our 2 young children. Would definitely stay again.

The manager and staff were so nice to me and my family. Thank you for a great stay.

The hotel staff was very professional, courteous and was very helpful with the questions I needed answered. They went the extra mile and printed directions to where I needed to go as well as telling me it it would be to my advantage to go get a pass to the base that day as it would probably be quite busy on the day of graduation of the Warrant Officers at Fort Rucker which was very helpful to me. Also, the kitchen staff was very nice and friendly and asked us if we needed anything.

Everything was great. Clean, friendly service, comfortable place to stay. Great view of sunset out of our window, not a necessity but was pretty to see. Right next to a steak restaurant. Check in time was great and you have until 12 to check it next day. Would stay there again if need be.

The hotel was fantastic. But the best part was the staff. Every single staff member I saw said hello to me. Some even made conversation with me. Definitely the best customer service I've had in a long time. I can not praise them enough!

The accommodations were excellent, except for the breakfast. Need to9 offer breakfast menu, otherwise great stay. I would return again to hotel.

Perfect

The beds were very comfortable the rooms were clean except behind the nightstand and around the back of the bed where it had not been vacuumed and cleaned. I wasn’t expecting it to be fully furnished with dishes and cookware. They could use a bigger bar of soap for hand washing though. And all it was an excellent stay and more of the money.

Everything was fine except the air in my room was not working properly. I notified the desk they did not offer me a different room.

Staff was courteous. Neat and clean. Not sure about tissue stuffed in smoke alarm

I was apprehensive when I booked this room. $55 dollars per night is very reasonable for a room. I expected less than desirable accommodations. When I arrived I was impressed with the way the the exterior looked. I checked in, the lady at the counter was very nice, she made me feel welcome. Park in front of the room and went in, the room truly exceeded my expectations. The bed was very comfortable, I have spent twice as much on a room that was 1/2 the quality of this room. I am so glad that I...
