"Great location, clean with good sized rooms. Staff were very helpful. Minor point to note was fee to use pool was quite high. This didn't prevent us enjoying our stay"

"Older flagship property for the Hotel Metropolitan chain which is owned or operated by JR East. Excellent service and well maintained. Solid four stars, short train ride to Shinjuku. Airport limo bus available from hotel at additional charge. Breakfast buffet is excellent with wide variety of food Japanese, Chinese and western."

"We had a mix-up on our end, and the staff were very accommodating to help us get it all sorted out. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We were traveling with a toddler as well, so it was nice to have a hotel with a pool to play in during the heat of the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
