"I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn. The front desk lady was extremely helpful and welcoming. She gave me and my lady great advice on the nightlife and breakfast options, which really made our stay even better. The warm and friendly staff were the highlight of the trip. Overall, very helpful and much appreciated!"

"Check in was a breeze. Offered option to pay for early check in, which we did. Super convenient to walk to Broadway and the Bridgestone Arena with ease. Felt safe and room, hallways and lobby were clean. Parking was very expensive, but we were able to park right by the elevator, making it easy to unload and load our car to and from our room. Staff was nice but I wouldn’t say they were “friendly”. "

"The room was spotless ! It smelled so good and the beds were made up very nice. Check in was smooth and checking out was a piece of cake ! I’ve been staying with you all for seven years while being a cancer patient at Vanderbilt Medical Center. I’ve never had a problem. "

"Great atrium garden views from the 3rd floor! We stayed in the Cascades section and slept with our balcony door open to fall asleep to the sound of the water. It was absolutely fantastic! Even though it’s quite busy, the waterfall drowns out the other noise. Can’t wait to come back. "
