Relaxing, if you don’t mind a lot of children.

Great condo on third floor for view , 1 burner working on stove, garbage disposal not working, toilet paper holder not installed correctly kept falling off.

Comfortable Beach Front. Convenient location in Orange Beach.

Spent 7 days with another couple here. Unit was just right for the 4 of us. It was clean and well kept. Kitchen is rather small. Only 1 of us could really work in the kitchen at a time. Kitchen did have plenty of pots, pans, and utensils available. TV in both bedrooms and the den. Using the DISH TV remotes is a bit confusing but we figured it out. The TV in master suite died first day. Got it replaced by Day 2. The microwave also died and did not get replaced until our 6th day which was disappointing. Would have appreciated more status than "we will contact the owner to see if they are going to replace it". Seems like a "loaner" would have been appropriate! It is a good location. The pool and grill areas were very nice. In fact, staff clean out the grills every morning and there were a number of grill brushes and utensils hanging on the fence behind the grills. The location is close to restaurants, a Publix supermarket, WalMart, and such. In fact, one our favorite breakfast places, The Ruby Slipper, opened across the street this weekend!
