9th Floor! 1BR 1BA Phoenix V

Step into the luxury of your home away from home, at the Phoenix V, with this 1 bedroom 1 bath condo on the 9th floor!

The living room has a pretty ocean blue color with matching couches with end tables and lamps to bring out the beach vibe. The middle couch is a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The living room is centered by a lovely oak coffee table over a matching area rug to tie everything together. Across from the sitting area is a large flat screen TV on a black entertainment center. Popcorn ceilings were removed and remodeled with a satin flat finishing.

The Bedroom has a beautiful seashell bedding on a king- sized bed with a white wicker bedframe. On each side of the bed are white wicker nightstands with lamps. The wall is a pretty green to match the beach design. Next to the closet is a large flat screen TV mounted on the wall. Below a white wicker framed mirror on the wall is a matching wicker chest of drawers with a glass top. The bathroom is a full bath with a huge mirror mounted on the wall.

The balcony has updated patio table and chairs to enjoy the view of the ocean.

The kitchen is decked out with a stainless-steel refrigerator, a stovetop oven, a white dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen walls are a light turquoise and has granite countertops with two barstools on the bar end of the counter. New kitchen cabinets and a cocktail table.

The dining area has a lovely dark oak, granite top, dining table and chairs have been updated.

The condo has a full white washer and dryer.

This condo also comfortably sleeps, as well as entertains, up to 4 people. The place was made for family and friends to create amazing memories that will last forever!

Honeymoon Vacation

We stayed 4 nights for our honeymoon, and it was wonderful. The condo had everything we needed. It was the perfect location to everything. A lot of nice places nearby to eat and souvenir shop. We highly recommend the Wolf Bay Restaurant and the Shrimp Basket. Overall it was a great, relaxing, and a perfect time for us both.

We came to Orange Beach for rest and relaxation and to visit a cousin who lives here. We ate at Coastal which was good and went to The Wharf. We’re a fan of Andy Andrews, a local author and visited her bookstore. It was great!

The condo was the perfect size for our little family. My baby especially enjoyed the splash pad. The only thing that needs improving in the condo is the pull out couch. You cannot sleep on it at all.

Condo mostly clean. Glasses in kitchen too high. Lock on entrance door needed updates. Was locked out 3 times. Overall it was a good place to stay. Everyone kind & friendly. Excellent beach.

Condo was great but other things not so much

The condo was great and just as advertised! The pools, kid's splash pad, and access to the beach were wonderful as well. The check-in time was at 4pm and was not a good experience, however. You have to visit two different desks and both had lines. Also, cars were lined up out front trying to unload. Also, carts were in short supply as well and there were wait times for the elevators. Never have experienced this at other properties we have visited. Having everyone check in at 4 pm seemed like a bad plan to me overall. We arrived on Sunday afternoon so not sure if that day might have been busier than others in regards to check in?
