Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops. Have meals on your private balcony overlooking the gulf. The beautiful master bedroom has private access to the balcony. The second bedroom has 2 full size beds for a sleeping capacity of 6.

You’ll love the beautiful view from this 8th floor balcony in the popular Phoenix X Condo complex. Everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation are included. There are plenty of on-site activities - a newly renovated outdoor pool area with an outdoor kitchen, indoor pool, hot tub, weight room, racquetball court, and sauna. New Splash Pad in 2025!

The Phoenix X is also located right next door to the World Famous Flora Bama Lounge. You are within a short walk to all the Flora Bama events, jet-ski rentals, restaurants and coffee shops located right on the Florida/Alabama line.

Please note : Phoenix X guests must purchase parking passes via an email link you will receive prior to arrival. The price is $60 per car and is not included in the Vrbo total. Our two bedroom unit is allowed two parking passes, if needed.
