    Phoenix VIII is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach. Enjoy the best views of the Pass and convenience of vacationing in a complex with so few condos!!



    There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix VIII. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing.



    Come relax on the spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. There is a King bed in the 2nd bedroom, two Queen sized beds in the 3rd and a sleeper sofa Queen in the Living Room for sleeping up to 10. This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture, granite countertops, and new cabinetry. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.



    Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $70 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Wonderful Beachfront Property

Family vacation

The property was nice and in a good location. The view was beautiful. The bathrooms and bedrooms were smaller than the pictures portrayed but enough space for sleeping. The balcony is a bit weird because the shape of the building means you can see your neighbors on the left and right of you. The walk to the beach was easy and not too far. The outdoor pool was nice too. The beds were comfortable spring mattresses. The kitchen had all we needed to make meals and coffee. One thing I missed was a clear view of either sunrise or sunset from the balcony due to the angle of the hotel or the other surrounding buildings blocking it. Overall a good trip.

The condo is perfect for a family, with amazing 12th story views. We watched dolphins in the surf and found unique sea shells on the beach. The sunsets were some of the most stunning I have seen. It was super clean and contained anything you would need to cook for your family or mix a nice beach drink. I would 100% recommend this unit and we are making future plans to return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only issue we had with the condo was that when we arrived it was still needed a deep clean. There was sand in the floor, hair on the sink and bathroom walls, I even tried to vacuum the rug myself so I didn’t have to worry about my baby crawling on it but the vacuum on the property didn’t have any suction. The condo overall was beautiful and in a really good location, close to good restaurants and the Flora-Bama. The beach wasn’t overcrowded.

The property was okay overall. Good location. Definitely need a better cleaning crew. If we walked barefoot inside, our feet would be black. The rug needs replaced in living area or just removed- very dirty. The arms of the rocker in the living room were very dirty also. There was a black stain on the sheets in one of the bedrooms before anyone even slept in it. It would have been nice to have a broom - there was a vacuum. Half of the outlets did not work. The master closet door fell as soon as I opened it. I did reach out to owner and this was fixed the next day. The weather was not the best and it was disappointing to the kids that the indoor pool also closes if it’s raining. The beds in the room with the double beds squeak a lot.
