Take a dip in the beachfront swimming pool, play a match on the tennis courts or enjoy a leisurely stroll on the pristine beach just steps away. You'll enjoy boating and fishing on Ole River on the riverside complete with boat slips at your disposal. For your convenience there is also on-site boat trailer parking (boat slips available on a first come first serve basis, additional fee applies & pre-registration required). Area activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

Policies:
1. Check-in is 4pm | Check-out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are not allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
6. Boat slips are available on a first come/first serve basis. Pre-registration is required and additional fees apply. On-site Boat trailer parking is available.
