This Gulf-front retreat is located three miles east of downtown Orange Beach, one of the most beloved towns on the Alabama Gulf Coast known for its sugary white sands. The famous Flora-Bama is three-quarters of a mile down the road, and Perdido Key State Park - a regular nesting site for local sea turtles - awaits three miles beyond. Spend your days kayaking, swimming, fishing with a locally booked charter, or treating the kids to a trip to Adventure Island five miles west.

Great Condo

The condo was an excellent choice for our family. Very clean and functional condo with a great view from balcony. Large bathrooms with very comfortable beds in every room.

Perfect stress free location

This condo is so pretty! The location is perfect: close to everything, but not crowded or busy. There are not many units so not that many people around you. The view is beautiful. I highly recommend this unit

Great Family Stay.

This is a wonderful unit in a great building. We love the location. The area is not too crowded, but convenient to all the activities of Gulf Shores. Can’t wait to come back.

On the beach and is a low rise condo so the beach is not as crowded. The condo has 3 bath sand 3 bedrooms which is nice for extended family staying together. It is reasonably well stocked with kitchen supplies. Master bath is fairly large.

TV's

The condo was beautiful and stocked well with towels. The kitchen was well equipped. My only complaint is with the TV"s. It was hard to find anything to watch and the TV would completely turn off for no reason. This was on all TV's in the unit. It was very upsetting. That would need to be fixed before I would stay there again. Otherwise it was a wonderful trip. We had a great time!!

Comfortable Beach Side Balcony

We have been vacationing in the Perdido Key for the last 6 years and went further west this year too try it this property. It was very nice and met our needs very well. The convenience of having a full bath with each of the three bathrooms was great. Property is convenient to access and brand new elevators and a few other things were being finished up while we were there.

Christmas at the Beach

We live 20 minutes from the Gulf. We had significant damage from Hurricane Sally. A family of 6 has been living separately for the last 3 months. The youngest kid being 11, the oldest 21. We wanted somewhere to stay and enjoy Christmas as a family all under one roof. The condo was PERFECT! Plenty of room, kitchen fully stocked with everything needed to cook or bake. We brought our tree and decorated for Christmas. The view was absolutely AMAZING! We saw dolphins almost everyday. Easy access to parking and to the beach. Thank you for letting our family enjoy Christmas together!

Awesome condo

We loved the condo...it is steps away from the beach and in a great location. We would absolutely stay here again if it was managed by another company other than Vacasa. We will sent an email stating that a key had to be picked up, so upon our arrival at their offices in Gulf Shores around 2:45 pm (well between the hours stated of 8 am and 6 pm), the building was locked. A phone located by the front door connected to a less than helpful woman who gave me the code to open the door. When it didn't work, all she could say was try it again...and again...about 15 times later, it worked but she had long before hung up. Once inside there was a note that the key would be located in an envelope in the magazine rack. But, as expected, there were no envelopes. I called the assistance number and left a message. My daughter had tried to call the Vacasa number multiple times in the 2 days before our trip to make sure we would be able to get a key, but after holding 30 - 40 minutes she had to hang up. I again called the assistance number on the note and reached a very nice woman who, upon telling her our condo name, stated we didn't have to pick up a key. This was after I had been at this location for about a hour trying to get the key. I wasn't the only person trying that day. Two ladies said they had been on hold for 2 1/2 hours trying to get through to Vacasa. Needless to say, our vacation started off on a sour note. Thank goodness the condo was absolutely perfect...well appointed, fabulous view, and wonderful location. I probably won't ever rent from Vacasa again...worst experience ever!!!

Great location and quiet condo complex for families

Simple decor but great location and a small walk from the water--pool was a pool, but the kids were satisfied. The layout of the condo was perfect for our family (friend's older daughter and our two daughters)-- we had a wonderful stay and didn't have the typical spring break crowd that was down the street.
