Recently renovated condo with rare reserved covered parking! This elegantly decorated 1,341 sq ft. two bedroom, two bath, 6th floor unit has it all! Panoramic views of the gulf from the master bedroom, living room and large balcony. Dining in will be a treat in the all new kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, in-refrigerator ice maker and wet bar with beverage center. This newly renovated condo with its luxurious setting will sure to be a renters favorite.

Fully appointed kitchen and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Newly renovated large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space. Other features include ceiling fans, flat-screen TVs with DVD in every room.

Long weekend getaway

First time staying at Sea Chase. Very mature and established property. Had a residential feel. The unit was very clean and appropriately decorated. The kitchen had nice countertops and appliances. And great furniture on the balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

The unit is always so clean, well equipped, and you just can’t beat the beautiful view from the relaxing gliders on the patio!Seachase has so many options for outdoor pools/hot tubs, and the staff is always willing to help at just a phone call or email away.

Family time in the Fall

I love Sea Chase. Have stayed several times and am never disappointed. This time our wireless connection was not good in our unit. I am sure it just needed a reboot. I did not report it until the day I left so that was on me.

Unit Not Clean

Property is old and needs some updates. It was not clean in the lobby, hallway and our unit. Our Sofa and chairs were so dirty that we didn't even enjoy sitting inside. Why would anyone have white cloth sofa and chairs with so many people renting the unit? Kitchen was not cleaned properly either. There was no hand soap, dish soap, or dish scrub in the kitchen. Laundry had strange smell. Wine cooler was making loud noise all night. There is no ice machine in the entire building and refrigerator wasn't making ice. Property is located right across from Walmart and restaurants which was the best part. Hope this helps next tenant.

Enjoyed our visit - if you have a large vehicle do not recommend using covered parking area - renting beach chairs was expensive - unit could use some back of door hooks in bathrooms - owner never responded to my one question but onsite management company was helpful.
