Newly decorated 3nd floor unit with a comfortable “coastal cottage” flair, this over 1300 sq ft, 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo features extraordinary panoramic views of the Gulf and the Center pool complex from the living room and master bedroom. Close to all our amenities, it’s wonderfully suited for a family vacation. And free wireless internet makes it the perfect place for a working vacation.

The well-stocked kitchen and laundry area are fully equipped, including a full size washer and dryer. Other features include wet bar with ice maker, 9 foot ceilings throughout, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space.

Best ever!

Perfect Beach Week

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying at SeaChase and we were Wowed! Unit 302C was beautifully decorated and very clean! But it doesn't stop there! The SeaChase property was very well taken care of and maintained: the grounds, swimming pools, lobbies, and elevators - everything was sparkling clean! We were also impressed with the beach service worker, Coleman. He worked hard raking up debris that had washed up on the shore, keeping the beach in front of SeaChase super clean and he always took the time to check on us! Finally, I want to mention the security guards and Danielle at the front desk; everyone was very helpful, professional, and kind. We had an amazing week and will definitely return!
