Grand Pointe Unit #203... From the moment you walk into this condo, you will fall in LOVE with the spectacular gulf views as well as the exceptional views of the Perdido Pass! This beautiful and spacious condo is sure to impress!

This condo is like brand new! Since the hurricane, they have put in new furniture, new cabinets, new lighting, new decor, new beds and the list goes on an on! The owners of this non-smoking unit take such great care of it! You will feel right at home. It is conveniently located on the 2nd floor and overlooks the aqua green Gulf and sugar white sands PLUS it has views of Perdido Pass, Perdido Bay, and Ole River...

If you like watching boats pass through the Perdido pass from the balcony, fishing off the rock jetties, watch spear fishing at night, see dolphins early morning, early evening and a more private beach feeling and low density area with great dining (7 restaurants) and shopping (several boutiques and souvenir shops also) in walking distance then this place is for you.

This is a GULF FRONT UNIT, with DIRECT BEACH ACCESS. One side of this complex does not have views of The Pass, but our side of the building does!! So, your balcony views are so much better!

The living room and master bedroom both have access to the huge waterfront balcony. The sliding glass doors open onto a large private balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the views, plus it gets shady in the afternoon!! Enjoy your coffee each morning while watching the dolphins play in the water, so sweet!!

This condo has FREE Wi-Fi and there are TVs and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals, and there is a wet bar for your drinks! We offer a standard coffee maker AND a Keurig for you to enjoy! The dining table seats 6 and the breakfast bar seats 3.

The master bedroom has a king bed and a large private bath with a jetted tub, separate shower, as well as a double vanity...and fabulous views!!! The second bedroom has a king bed as well and a bathroom with tub/shower combination. The laundry room is equipped with a full size washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner.

Great condo!

We booked this condo for a family vacation and we cannot say enough good things about it! The owner, Shelly, was great to work with, and the location can't be beat. Everything was spotless and the kitchen was well-appointed. We really enjoyed both pools, the gas grills, and the beach. We will be back!

Great place to stay !! View was outstanding & we saw dolphins & boats going out in the morning almost every day !! Condo was one of the best places I have stayed !! Lots of room & the balcony was very roomy !! The owners were great to work with & we decided to stay an extra day & they were excellent to work with !! Beautiful condo

This is a beautiful condo and complex. My family loved our spring break stay here. The view is the best in Orange Beach. The condo was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we needed. The location is convenient to shopping , great restaurants and grocery store. The indoor pool saved us on rainy days. The owners were a joy to work with. We will definetly stay again.

Great spot

Really great spot for watching the boats and enjoying the beach! Grand Pointe itself is a great size. It is just large enough. The room had everything we needed. we cooked on the grills downstairs and in the room. We had small children and they all loved the grounds. We walked across the street and ate and shopped. Great place!!

Wonder time. We’ve stayed at Grand Pointe several times. Love the location. My only disappointment this time was we were in a room where you couldn’t see the beach. I’ll be more careful when I book next time. Other than that it was perfect.

Absolutely Fantastic!

Our family just spent a long weekend at Grand Pointe and loved every minute! The weather was perfect and so were the accommodations. Watching the boats (as well as dolphins and scuba divers) in the pass each afternoon was probably our favorite. Your soothing beach decor and tidy interior were great, and we were impressed with the well-manicured property grounds. Thank you, Shelly for being so easy to rent with!

Perfect View

We really enjoyed your place! It was perfect for us. We enjoyed the boats coming and going through the pass and the daily fishermen at the rocks. We got to see the dolphins in the pass. We found lots of seashells and enjoyed the gazebo with the grills. We ate out, went to Waterville, went to LuLu's and went to Foley to shop. Great times!!!

Perfect weekend getaway

Of all the times I have travelled to this area, I somehow missed this condo! The location is perfect. The condo is up to date with the most comfortable furniture. The owner checked on me immediately upon arrival. The master bedroom has the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in on vacation. The sunrise view was my favorite. I’ll definitely stay here again. Oh and the ice maker in the bar was a bonus for my cooler for the Long Beach days!

We had a wonderful stay during Thanksgiving week last year and have booked it again this year. The weather was nice. Very much enjoyed the view from the balcony. The rooms were very spacious, very nice decor through out the condo, the pictures did not do this condo justice, it was everything you could expect and more. We definitely would recommend this property to friends, family, really any and everyone. Very kid friendly, the pools and the spas were exceptional. The owners were very nice and accommodating and want to thank them so much for a wonderful stay. The beach front and the sunsets were amazing. Just a wonderful place and you can not beat the price. Looking forward to our next stay.

Mother/Daughter Beach time

Nice and spacious. The dryer needs to be replaced. It did not heat consistently. We had to try several different settings to find one that would heat and dry our clothes. Housekeeping should vacuum behind doors. Floor rugs need to be cleaned.
