Beautifully Decorated Ocean Front Condo

  • Ours is a 4 bedroom and 4 bath condo with over 2,500 sq. ft. We are located on the 15th floor with exceptional views of the ocean.
    The Admiral's Quarters Condo has been professionally decorated for luxury living. The Living Room opens up onto a large balcony that has two tables and sitting for 8. Our Living room is equipped with a 50' High Definition flat screen TV and DVD. There is a separate Wet Bar with sink and ice maker. The Dining Room has a large table with seating for 6 and a breakfast bar with sitting for 8 on bar stools, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops.

    There is a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.

    The Master Bedroom has a private sliding door to the large beach front balcony. It is furnished with a comfortable King size bed and flat screen TV. There is a large walk in closet, private bath with double vanities, whirlpool tub, and separate glass enclosed shower.

    The three additional bedrooms are furnished with King size bed, King size bed, and Queen size bed. All contain large flat screen TVs along with private bathrooms.

    Free wireless network to the internet providing T-1 speed to your lap top.

    This condominium features a beautifully landscaped large outdoor pool, large indoor pool, fitness room with TV, a Sauna, and a BBQ area with grills.

Condo was pretty clean(some mold in a shower/floors only OK-tough to be great in a beach condo/everything else was quite good).As mentioned in many other reviews, master mattress needs to be replaced, but since this has been true for some time, I wouldn't count on that happening. A couple of minor repairs we called about were adressed and responded to very fast, but her handyman is not very good-he re-appeared as we were checking out to finish the two minor fixes left uncompleted 5 days earlier. View is awesome, elevators fast, staff is great, property kept very clean, condo is huge, ice machine is brilliant, location perfect. Very happy over-all!

Admirals Quarters was a great location & amenities.Overall the condo was okay, however, the cleaning company had the same door code as we did during our entire stay. I contacted the property owner & they wouldn’t our door code. Very shady as far as I’m concerned. We also had to go to Walgreens & print our own parking passes. I do not recommend renting from this owner again.

The host is great with communication. Very prompt on replying to any questions you have. There were a few items I was told were not included in the supplied amenities (cloths iron for example), but did end up being in the condo. So I packed a few more items than we needed. The property is nice and access to the beach is easy with no problems running back and forth if needed. We never felt crowded at the beach or the pool. Kitchen is very large and great for cooking and eating in. The beds were not great as far as comfort. The bed in the master literally has two sunken divots and did not sleep well. A lot of exterior noise from the door / exterior hallway makes its way into the condo. Overall we had a great vacation, but a few upgrades would make this place stand out.

View is awesome, pool was fantastic. The size of the condo was excellent, kitchen huge, a bathroom for each bedroom, alot of seating in the familyroom& alot of seating on the deck. I would definitely stay here again!!!! The only complaints we had was the ice maker wasn't working properly, but you can buy ice downstairs and cooking wise this condo needs more dish towels and things like cookie sheets. (We made cookies and had to buy a disposable one) minor things. We loved this condo!

Great Time

First time to stay at Admirals Quarters. Usually stay at Phoenix West but much preferred AQ. Not as many units so less issues getting elevator. We will be back.

Great Ladies' Getaway Location

Our group of 7 adult women had plenty of room! King beds; enormous gourmet kitchen; large sofas and chairs for sitting around and visiting inside; large balcony overlooking the Gulf with enough outdoor seating for all of us to sit and visit out there. Perfect location right on the beach, a lovely outdoor pool, & an indoor pool and small fitness room-- just ideal for a beach getaway.

Amazing Condo

Perfect for my grown family! Big living space, big kitchen, plenty of seating for meals or movies. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. On the beach. Only suggestion is to check the a/c because it was very cold out in the living area but the bedrooms were a bit warm. Great vacation!

We loved the huge kitchen and family seating area. It was great for all 8 of us to sit together comfortably. I would suggest that the track showers be cleaned a bit more as the were a bit grimey. Also we had a huge rainstorm and on section of ceiling in a bedroo leaked.

Family Vacation

Our family of 9 (Ages 9 mth to 79 yrs) had the absolute best time in this beautiful condo. The pictures do not do justice to the amount of space. The resort and location are excellent. We will definitely be back and hope to stay in this exact unit. Only negative - we had 3 vehicles and had to pay extra to keep one offsite.

This condo was perfect for the six of us. Clean. Large. Every bedroom as it own bathroom. The location is perfect and beautiful. Sorry walk to the beach.

We had an awesome trip overall. The living space and kitchen are both very roomy! Nice balcony, only issue was it rained the day we arrived and the cushions on furniture stayed wet for days (even when we hung them to dry) But that was a Mother Nature issue. One couple (first room on the left) did say their mattress wasn't comfy. The rest were great. Could use some additional dressers for storage in one bedroom, but plenty of closet space! We had everything we needed for an amazing trip. The ice maker at the bar was a definite plus. Overall it is a great condo and we will definitely be back!!!

30 day view of the gorgeous beach

We enjoyed the location and the view. We had some issues upon arrival, they were reported to management. The condo had been updated recently except the master shower. It is in need of an update, and the patio cushions need replaced. There is construction going on and the assigned parking spaces was being used for equipment, this issue was not resolved until our last 7 days there. Overall a good vacation!
