This beautiful, recently redecorated, beachfront condo is located on the west side of The Palms building A, on the second floor. With 2 large bedrooms, a sleeper sofa and 2 bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates 8. It has been updated with wood plank tile floors throughout, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful neutral and blue tones. Grab your morning cup of coffee and enjoy a beautiful sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico from your huge, private balcony. You have access to the balcony from the living room and master bedroom! If you don't want to deal with the dinner rush, take advantage of the fully stocked, spacious kitchen in the condo, which is perfect for whipping up a home-cooked meal. Plus, this lovely condo offers access to shared amenities, including tennis courts, a fitness room, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and even a sauna! The indoor pool is just a few steps down the breezeway on the same floor as the unit! The Palms 213A is conveniently located in beautiful Orange Beach and just a short drive to Gulf Shores.

Great Place to Stay

This was our second time to stay in the beautiful 2nd floor condo at The Palms. It is our favorite place to stay in Orange Beach. Hope to stay there again next year.

Orange Beach Amazing condo!

As described, great location, spacious and resort amenities are wonderful. We had a few hiccups, but quickly remedied. Beds are more firm than we prefer. But, that is our only complaint.

A Gem in Orange Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. This was by far the best condo we have stayed in. It was clean and well stocked with everything you might need and it was decorated nicely. It is conveniently located to just about everything. We will definitely be back

Condo was as advertised. We stayed with 4 adults and accommodations were just what we needed. Property is directly on the beach making it easy to go to and from the beach and room. The resort is in a good area. Property could use some updating, but condo was great. Chair/umbrella set ups for rental available.

The condo was great. The only complaint we all had was the beds are hard. Very clean great view. Indoor pool on the same floor. Would recommend new mattresses. Great trip!

The condo was better than we expected. The photos on line do not show how spacious the kitchen is and some updates in bedding and chairs. This is our third year coming to Orange Beach and this is the third place we have stayed. The place is by far the best place we have stayed in comparison to cleanliness, spacious, location, and view. The condo is perfectly located near the elevator, indoor and outdoor pool, and the beach. The view of the beach from the balcony is beautiful. We loved playing games out on the balcony in the evening. We will definitely book this condo again. Thank you Kim and Gary.

Family vacation.

Location Location perfect. Second floor near the elevator and balcony level perfect. Holiday weekend so roads congested but Condo so close to grocery stores, restaurant and our all time favorite Flora Bama. Condo was perfect just suggest to wipe the baseboards. Plenty of cookware and utensils. I would return and stay at this Condo.

Great Stay On the Beach

Great place to stay! Great value! We vacationed at Orange Beach with an extended family group, most of which stayed at an adjacent and MUCH more expensive properly. We only needed two bedrooms, and found this property on Vrbo. The condo is nicely laid out, well appointed, and was spotless on check-in. The kitchen is very well equipped. Location on the 2nd floor close to the elevator is a plus. No worries about carrying or losing a key card as the door uses a cypher lock. Beds were comfortable. Compared to those more expensive locations this is a great value for the money. Highly recommended!

Only 2 Issues

The only problem was the people staying across the street coming on to the beach but maybe the section we were In was public. But we watched a lot of people coming across and being picked up in the parking lot while we were grilling. Then people parking over the lines resulting in them taking up 2 spaces in a already crowded lot.
