A quick fall break getaway

Property was nice and just right for us. It had everything we needed in the room. Owners provided all the info we needed to check in and out. We enjoyed the location and will definitely consider using this property again in the future.

A nice condeaux

Sugar Beach Condo 105 was great for just the two of us. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Drew, the beach chair rental guy; was amazing all week long. He had our chairs and Umbrella ready and waiting for us every morning.

Great Weekend Getaway!

Our stay was short and sweet but very enjoyable! The Condeaux on the Beach was perfect for our weekend getaway and much needed R&R. The location was near everything we needed and easy to find. It is well kept & clean, and best of all included great hosts! We will be sure to check their locations in the future. Thanks again for having us!

Condeaux on the beach.

My husband and I enjoyed the location very much. Good access to the beach. Didn't have to climb any stairs. The room was very nice and comfortable for the two of us. Would highly recommend it. Would stay again.

Little getaway

Im a single mom to two girls. This little studio was perfect for us. The price was very affordable as well. Definitely recommend and communication with owners was very easy. This is the 2nd time ive stayed at sugar beach. Different owner each time. They have a guard for check in and they also walk around the parking area and the hallways.

Highly recommend Sugar Beach Condominiums for your family stay!!

Our stay was so nice and relaxing! Our condo was on the farther end from the beach, but we still had such a nice view of the ocean from our balcony. The room had all we needed as a family of 3. Our daughter isn’t even 1 yet and we still enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean, had a great AC unit that kept us very cool, had a futon, queen size bed (I believe), and a full kitchen that exceeded our needs. This is the best condo in my opinion with the lowest price that is right on the beach. We searched for months for the lowest price condo that still had the luxuries we wanted, view of the ocean, and right on the beach, and this condo was perfect. I will say when arriving to the parking garage to park, a younger gentlemen wasn’t very welcoming or didn’t seem to enjoy his job. He wasn’t rude or anything, he just didn’t have no smile and just wanted to make the interaction quick. We drove in our truck and the parking garage was very crowded and narrow for a truck to park and exit without having to get too close to other vehicles. We were hoping there was a place to get more supplies for our room, which we most likely had to provide on our own after taking what was in the room such as toilet paper. Overall, I recommend this condo for a family vacation at the lowest price!

Kitchen and bath were very small. Wish there was a regular coffee pot not single cup. Hallway of complex was very drab a little color would brighten things up. Only one elevator was working.

First vacation in about 5years

We had a great time in Orange Beach.. Our condo was clean and it was quiet.. We were disappointed that our elevator wasn’t working. 😩 I have had a knee replacement and I needed the elevator. We could use the elevator on the other end of the condominiums but it was a long way to carry things and a long walk . But I would recommend this establishment to anyone wanting a beachfront experience at a reasonable price.

Great location and a nice place to stay

Great location in Orange Beach and in the middle of Gulf Shores to the west and Floribama to the east. Host had great communication. Perfect beachside access and plenty of parking. We had a 1 year old so when she got tired of the sand, we had 3 big pools plus a baby pool to choose from as alternatives so that was very nice. The room was clean and maintained. The only small issue was I wish we had more of the essentials. We only had access to 2 trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, and 3 rolls of toilet paper so we had to pick up a few things for the entire stay but that wasn't a huge problem. We will definitely check for this place when we come back to visit again.

Parking

Coming home at 1130pm and not having a parking place. SUCKED. Drove around in circles for 15min. Parked by the guard house. But I had to get up at 6am to move it. No spots then either. Watched the dumpsters get emptied. Then I park in front of them. Finally got a parking spot around 10am

Building Appearance Old & Unit Needs Refreshing

Not a great stay. Unit so humid that it was uncomfortable to sleep. Furniture, fixtures and paint need to be upgraded. Only one of the three pools is warm & no hot tub. The building/grounds has the vibe of a cement prison, not a place you'd want to vacation at. Lots of work needed to bring this up to standards for the cost per night.

Disappointed beach lover

The rental process was very smooth. The condo was a little on the small side just for me an my teenage son, but we liked it. The owners and owner-communications were both very clear and friendly. We had zero questions when we arrived. The only down side is that this was not a beachfront unit. I must have misread the description or incorrectly associated a picture with a view of the ocean as being from our unit rather than a general shot from the condo. To see the beach, we had to move to the far side of the balcony and lean over slightly. It was very disappointing to this beach lover.
