Upon entering the Resort through the 24 hour guarded gate, you'll enter a 23 acre paradise of lush natural landscaping and Caribbean styling that sets a special mood for your most relaxing and fun filled vacation ever. Caribe's amenities are world class. The kids will love the water slides at the three outdoor pools and everyone will enjoy floating on the 'Lazy River.' If you need a pass for a third vehicle you can purchase this onsite at the Building front desk (subject to parking availability). Parking pass fees may change at any time without notice.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

SPECIAL NOTES

* No pets allowed.
* Each vehicle requires a parking permit or at risk for towing by security.
* No smoking allowed except in designated areas at Caribe.
