Nice location, nice complex and pools were great. When we arrived the AC was not working and there was mold on bathroom ceiling around the air vent, they did take care of the problem promptly. I wasn’t impressed with the unit, definitely needs upgrades, couch had stains, pull out sofa not a bit comfortable, pillows were flat, patio furniture was rusted and moldy, one chair was broken. Wasn’t impressed with kitchen, not enough silverware, the teflon skillets were scratched and no grill tools for outside grill. Not many hangers, maybe 5 in each closet br, no hooks to hang towels or swimsuits. Nice view from balcony, easy access to grocery. TV in bedroom with queen bed is so low you can’t see it unless that was your side. We did have a great time.

Check in process was what would be expected. The condo smelled musty and the walls by the registers are all dirty. I bought a mop and cleaner wipes to clean dirty handprint marks off the counters and sides of counter. The couch has stains all over and when we pulled out the sleeper sofa it had crumbs and glitter in it. The chair is dirty in the living room and the outside loungers have mold on them. King bed sheets had stains on them. When I returned to the condo from getting some groceries while my family was at the beach, there were two workers in there working on the ice machine. We never told them the ice machine was broken so I’m not sure how they knew or why they thought it would be ok to enter and work on without checking with us first.

Mold in bathrooms. Sand all over the floors upon arrival. Living room furniture was stained. Kitchen is not well stocked. But the view was fantastic
