Perfectly located on the Gulf of Mexico, this complex offers an impressive array of amenities that define a true beachside paradise. With indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, and a pavilion featuring four natural gas grills and picnic tables, this is a haven for outdoor dining and leisure. The lush courtyard provides an ideal space for games while waiting for dinner to cook, and the fitness room ensures you stay active during your vacation. A variety of beach activities await, from jet ski rentals and parasailing to charter fishing and umbrella rentals. There are also world-class golf courses nearby, and the complex is conveniently situated within walking distance of the Alabama/Florida state line, live entertainment venues, restaurants, and bars.

Unit 704 is a 7th-floor haven offering a luxurious beachfront experience and a wealth of extras. Stepping into the condo, you'll be greeted by high-end furnishings, tall ceilings, and delightful tile flooring. The space features a laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer and a half bath. The kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with granite countertops, a raised bar for additional seating, a wet bar with an ice maker, and a refrigerator with an ice-maker. Post-October 1st, reservations can be made for the winter months, with a minimum stay of three or seven nights based on unit specifications.
