CONSTRUCTION NOTICE - September 14 - November 15, 2026: The building is completing a walkway maintenance project through mid-November. Our floor will have a single ~9-hour closure on Sept 15 (8 AM - 5 PM) and for a required maintenance procedure. If this falls during your stay, you'll have full access the rest of your visit. Outside of that day, you may notice occasional construction noise or activity in common areas on the north side of the property (this is the parking lot side, opposite the Gulf, balcony, and outdoor pool), but the unit remains fully accessible throughout your stay.
