Beach front views, spacious and modern inside condo with 3 large bedrooms and stocked kitchen. Location is perfect! Beach side in the heart of Orange Beach. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. Condo is a short walk to the private beach boardwalk. Located on the South, beach-side of Perdido Beach Blvd. Seascape is a low rise 3 story condo with private beach and boardwalk. Our condo remodeled. You’ll love the granite counters, appliances and porcelain tile floors.

The three Bedroom with new bathrooms, furniture and large flat screen television is a great value and perfect location. The condo has a double patio overlooking the white sandy beaches. The corner, floor two condo offers the perfect location. Private reserved parking spaces. Our rates are very competitive and even less than most comparable condominiums. You can email us for a quote on our second condo, If you have a special need, email us for a custom quote. By accepting the rental, you are agreeing to the terms of the rental agreement including all VRBO fees.

Reviews we’ve had a couple of guests who did not take care of our place. They caused damage and then wrote poor reviews. Please read my responses. I strive to make any inconvenience right for my guests. It’s very busy during June and July and some people do not take proper care. I promise to address any guest concerns personally. Our cleaners for the last 16 months have 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Seascape is a great place to stay! Contact me if you have questions.

You’ll enjoy Orange Beach, Alabama on the Gulf Coast!

Seascape is located in a beautiful area along the Gulf Coast beach front, a few miles from the Florida line. Visitors enjoy the beautiful white sandy beach plus there is a lot to explore. The shopping is great from The OB Wharf luxury shops to the Rivera Center outlet stores. The Gulf Coast is gorgeous; beautiful white sandy beaches with clear waters. The Naval Air Station Pensacola is 10 miles and the Blue Angels fly routinely over the area. Gulf Shores has a new Zoo and the OWA amusement park as well as miles of nature trails. The best sight seeing is the dolphin tours. The seafood is delicious. Deep Sea and pier or shore Fishing is abundant. We have many piers and lots of places to visit. Fort Morgan and The ferry to Dolphin Island are must see sights. All this in a 10 mile area.
Parasailing, kayaks and jet skis are available if the beach isn’t enough!

The condo was remodeled with all new granite counter tops and appliances, tiled showers and floors. The furniture is updated annually as our condo is shared with visitors all summer.

We like sharing and ask that you please take care of our family vacation home. Sand is all around and you must take care to keep
It out of the condo. Please treat our condo as you treat your home.
Outside showers are located in the middle of the complex by the grilling area and elevator. Please remove sand prior to reentering the condo. Outside showers are located at the pool area.

Family Reset

The overall stay was nice. The unit was beautiful! Exactly as it stated. The tv in one of the rooms didn't work and the stove was labeled incorrectly but neither of those things affected our time there.

Family Vacay

We enjoyed our stay. Weather was perfect. Place was clean and nice. Only problem was the water pressure in showers and the queen bed in master was squeaky and the mattress was uncomfortable.

Very nice!

Communication with Tina was great, the property met the needs of our group, everything was clean and as pictured. Restaurants, grocery stores, and souvenir shops nearby. Easy access to the beach. Would stay here again!

Great place to stay!!

The condo had great view! Everything was so nice inside!!! The owner and staff were so very nice and helpful! The only thing that was disappointing were the two guest room TVs. They had no roku, and only one would connect to Wi-Fi amd then it only got 3 channels. We all like to lie down ans warch TV at night. Not a deal breaker by any means....we will most definitely be back!!!

Not what I expected

We have had so many issues with our stay. Upon checking in we quickly noticed it was full of sand. Just walking across the living room floor our feet had sand all over them. We swept the floor and had a pile of sand. During the first few days I swept and mopped the floors 3 times. I contacted the property manager about it but she was adamant that she personally cleaned the condo before our arrival. We also had sand in some of the beds which means they weren’t changed after the last guest. We had a roach in our bathroom which I also contacted the property manager about. She stated she would check into it. The next morning, without any communication we had a pest control man at our door at 8:30am. I asked if he could come back since we we’re still sleeping. He came back in 10 mins giving us enough time to wake up and get dressed. Another night we had to call 911 on the guest above us. At 1AM they were in an altercation. We were scared for our own safety. It sounded like they were trashing the place. Plus they were yelling obscenities so loud we could hear every word. It woke us all up as it was so loud. My son was crying cause he was scared about everything he was hearing. The police responded with 3 police cars. Even after the police left, the guest above us were rocking the place till 2:30 and was back up at 7AM the next morning. The guest above us kept us up most of the week with their late night partying. Our last day we had reserved, our code to enter the condo was turned off. Thankfully we had a balcony we could access so that we were able to get inside our condo. However, the sliding doors don’t lock so we had to worry about our belongings being left in a unsecured condo. I have been to Orange Beach multiple times and never stayed at Seascapes. I won’t be back. With the multiple bad experiences plus the misleading photos of the ocean view we were highly disappointed. According to the photos posted, there is a clear view to the beach. The photo needs to be updated. There are now 2 large beach house directly in front of the condo that are not pictured in the photos. Highly misleading. Also, the pool is located at the back of the property. The beach access is a block away from the condo. This was also misleading. According to the description the beach access was located in front of the condo. This is not the case. Unfortunately, we also were not offered any kind of refund for all these experiences. A partial refund would have been nice.

Good place

Condo is part of a small complex. It is a corner unit with a good view, especially because price is more affordable. Unit is updated, clean, nice. My only complaint is the limited hot water supply. Definitely needs a tankless.

Not what we expected

A vacation to the beach is always enjoyable, however this one has to start with our own cleaning which I thought we paid for in our fees. Sand I realize is hard to get cleaned up but there was nothing clean about it. We cleaned and mopped multiple times to keep our feet from turning black and the guests before us must have enjoyed Cheetos and eating in bed during their stay as the mattress liner was covered in food and grime. Thankful for the washing machine so we didn’t feel like we were living in someone else’s filth. We were slightly disappointed in the overall view as the pictures listed are not updated and do not give a true reflection of the “beachfront” as there is 2 very large/tall homes now which were vaguely mentioned but not pictured. Having a kitchen, refrigerator/stove and small community area to BBQ was nice so our family of 6 didn’t have to eat out so much. Fairly small pool and deck area but perfect for the kids.

Would not recommend!

Owner did not even have the decency to tell us that both sliding glass doors to the balcony do not lock, leaving access to the condo wide open! We ended up finding a piece of wood that was in the back of a closet which we jammed in the bottom for a makeshift locking system. The parking spaces are so thin even the smallest of cars cannot open their doors if there are cars in the spot next to it. The place was overall poorly cleaned and the windows were covered in a smudgy fog. The wooden balcony floor was splintering and paint chipping everywhere.

Beautiful location and view

We came down for X-mas. A beautiful place with a lot of space for our whole family. We got to watch the dolphins from our balcony in the mornings. Property manager was so easy to work with and super nice. Elevator for elderly parents who were with us was a plus. Plenty of supplies for everything we needed. Fin & Fork is a must visit place for great food. Easy walk down steps and pretty much right on beach. Definitely will come back!

Lovely, spacious condo for a nice beach trip

We enjoyed our stay at this condo for Fall Break. My husband and I plus our 2 sons--19 and 14--had plenty of room with the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms included 4 bunks so we could have invited extra guests to go with us. My kids were glad to each have their own bedroom. We loved the extra-long balcony. Although there are a couple houses between this condo and the beach, there was still a lovely view of the ocean from anywhere on the balcony and from inside the condo. I always splurge at the beach and rent chairs, and we could see our reserved chairs from the balcony. Although we walked through a path on the dunes to get to the beach, there was a boardwalk at the far end of the condo that we could have used. My son enjoyed playing with a boogie board that we found on the balcony. There were more than enough towels for the four of us for our 5 day stay. Even though my 14 year old son takes interminably long showers, we never ran out of hot water. We played in the pool which we had to ourselves most of the time. This condo is in easy walking distance to a Souvenir City, and we walked across the street to Bubba's Seafood for dinner one night. It is also in easy driving distance to many restaurants and shops. One chilly morning, we explored the small but interesting Alabama's Gulf Coast Zoo. Beauiful views, spacious condo, excellent communication, great price!

Perfect for what we wanted

For the price, the condo was perfect. And of course the biggest asset was the beach just out the back door. Property manager was prompt in responding to questions & addressing issues. Some specifics: (1) Location & type: We did not want one of the huge tower condos, and this 3-level condo was the perfect size and centrally located. We also did not want to have to cross a road (3 small children) to get to the beach, and we accessed by simply walking out the door and down 2 flights of steps, then through the dunes - and you were there. (2) Beach Amenities: The beach equipment manager behind the condo was great to work with, and having never stayed on the gulf coast, I was pleasantly surprised at the inexpensive price to reserve 2 chairs & beach umbrella daily, with discounts for multiple days. Plus, he moved the umbrella throughout the day to keep the shade. (3) The condo itself - Located on the corner, so a big plus for access & ocean views. Some of the condos down on the other end have only partial view due to houses built between condo & beach. 2nd level of 3, with shaded assigned tandem parking at street level. Laid out well for the small size; has 3 bedrooms & 2 baths. Plus the 2 sets of bunk beds meant no fighting between the older 2 children on who got the top bunk. The gate off the back deck was broken when we arrived, but someone arrived & promptly fixed it the next morning (must have been reported after previous renters left.) The back of the recliner fell off when I sat down, but the properly manager quickly responded & said that the cleaning crew must have moved it & gave me simple instructions to pop it back in & it was just fine. The only negatives are minor - The kitchen was clean, but not overly clean. When we opened drawers & cabinet doors, we got grease on our hands (yuck). A quick scrub down solved the issue, but I would have thought the cleaning crew would have done that. You can clearly hear the upstairs neighbors walking, scooting chairs, etc. However, I can't complain as I'm sure our downstairs neighbors heard our kids stomping & running around. There were instructions not to turn the air below 72 or the system would freeze; the bedrooms got stuffy at night but then I figured out that if we left the bedroom doors open, air flow was much better. Overall, a very pleasant stay and would recommend this condo.

Very nice and comfortable place.

Really enjoyed this second floor unit. It was clean and roomy in an ideal location. Wonderful patio overlooking the beach where we enjoyed morning coffee and evening drinks. We even saw the Blue Angels fly over from there on Sunday evening! Tina was really easy to work with and answered the few questions that came up. We would absolutely rent this wonderful place again.
