Located on the 15th floor of Building B, this corner unit provides stunning panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and boasts a large private balcony accessible from both the living room and Primary bedroom. Relax on the balcony and let the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore melt your stress away.

The Primary suite is a luxurious haven, featuring a comfortable King bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bath for added relaxation and convenience. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed, while the third bedroom provides a Full-sized bunk bed, ideal for accommodating guests or children. Each guest room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and shares a well-appointed bathroom.

In the living room, unwind on the comfortable furnishings and enjoy entertainment with free wireless internet access. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze. Tile floors throughout add to the elegance of the space, and a full-sized washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.

COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
Summer House offers an array of amenities designed for relaxation and fun. Dive into the large, split-level outdoor pool or enjoy the tranquility of our indoor heated pool. Unwind in the sauna or hot tub, and take advantage of our covered poolside gazebo for a peaceful retreat. Stay active with our state-of-the-art fitness room, Omni tennis courts, putting green, and basketball court. Plus, the little ones will love the children's playground.

PARKING
Beginning May 16th, 2025, all reservations will include two parking passes as part of your stay. Your parking passes will be waiting in your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon arrival.
Please note: No refunds will be given for parking passes. Parking policies are set by the property’s HOA and may change throughout the year.

MONTHLY RENTALS

Amazing!

Great views, great location. We'd definitely stay here again. The other tower on the property is currently under renovation, but it didn't interfere with our stay.

Broke bunk beds and pool is out of service.

Did not know the pool was out of service until we got there which the kids were not too thrilled about. The bunk beds I assume haven’t been used and my nephew was on the top bunk very young in age we heard a crash and he had fallen through the top bunk to the bottom bunk from just sitting on the bed. There was missing slats and other slats were not even screwed into the frame. Per the maintenance team they came and replaced every slat because they agreed it was unsafe.Luckily there were no injuries. But have had a hard time communicating with the property team about this issue.
