This Orange Beach condo rental is located on the 5th floor and features access to a huge private balcony from the living room and the master bedroom.

The master suite features a King bed, and there are two Queen beds in the guest bedroom. There is also a Queen and Twin sofa-sleeper in the living room.

The unit also features a fully-equipped kitchen, tile floors throughout, washer and dryer, and free wireless internet access.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every comforter, and every pillow sham – EVERY TIME. Liquid Life has our own commercial laundry care facility, which means all linens are washed in our high heat (150 degree) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and to protect clean linens for every guest.

Cleanliness equals protection, and we are doing even more to ensure that your family and your guests are protected and pampered by real professionals. Our full-time professional cleaning crew utilizes EPA approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before every visit, so you can rest assured that everything is perfectly disinfected. We also wash all linens in high heat commercial washers and dryers to kill any germs and follow specialized processes to protect clean linens. As a final step, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo is clean and ready for your family and your guests to enjoy safely.

COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
The Palms is located 7 miles East of Highway 59 in Orange Beach. Property amenities include an outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, tennis courts, sauna, grilling area and boardwalk with shower. The Palms is a smoke-free property. No smoking is allowed in any of the common areas including the parking lot.

PARKING PASSES
One parking pass comes with your Liquid Life reservation, and you can purchase a second pass for $30. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, and you must show your reservation confirmation from Liquid Life Vacation Rentals when purchasing. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This unit does not allow monthly rentals. To get the monthly rental rate, you must book your stay with our reservations team ator .
