Welcome to Seachase 1002W, your luxurious Gulf-front retreat in Orange Beach! Nestled on the 10th floor, this exquisite 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers breathtaking views of the Gulf and all the comforts of home.

As you enter, you'll be greeted by an open-concept living space adorned with tile floors and flooded with natural light. Sink into the comfortable sofa-sleeper in the living room and catch up on your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, or step out onto the balcony and feel the gentle breeze as you take in the stunning views.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large breakfast bar. Whether you're preparing a gourmet meal or simply brewing a morning cup of coffee, you'll find everything you need right at your fingertips.

Retreat to the Primary suite and unwind in the plush King bed, or indulge in a soothing soak in the whirlpool tub in the ensuite bathroom. With balcony access from the Primary suite, you can wake up to magnificent Gulf views each morning and drift off to sleep to the sound of the waves at night.

The second bedroom offers a cozy Queen bed, while the third bedroom features both a Queen and a Twin bed, providing plenty of space for additional guests or family members. Each bedroom comes equipped with its own flat-screen TV for your entertainment.

After a day of sun and surf, refresh yourself in the spacious bathrooms, which feature walk-in showers, double vanities, and all the amenities you need to pamper yourself.

Seachase 1002W also includes a full-sized washer and dryer, allowing you to keep your beach towels fresh and your swimsuits clean throughout your stay.

Enjoy outdoor dining and socializing at our grilling area, or challenge friends and family to a friendly game on our tennis court. Plus, kids will love the splash pad, providing hours of fun and excitement.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

Very nice beachfront condo

Check-in was super easy. Property staff were super friendly and helpful. Loved the master bedroom suite. Beds were comfortable and clean. Ice maker was a surprise bonus. View was spectacular. Location was great. Close enough to walk to Walmart for supplies or the ice cream shop for dessert. Building amenities were very nice. Gym was well stocked. Pools and hot tubs were clean. Overall a great condo.

This is the place!

Beautifully decorated with wonderful beach view. Furniture and beds so comfortable! Between that and sitting on the balcony, almost didn’t leave the condo. Very convenient location. We plan to return next spring and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.

This condo was one of the best units we have stayed in. All the beds were very comfortable...we were able to rest and slept really well. The additional ice maker was perfect for drinks. The decor was very welcoming and had great vibes. To top it off, the location was perfect and close to everything we needed. Would love to come back and stay at this one!!

We really enjoyed our stay here! One of the elevators in the building was broken so we had to wait a little longer sometimes but other than that which was out of the property owners control, everything was great! Would definitely stay again!

A nice place to stay but they could have done much better with the cleanliness of the condo, dishes, air vent, etc., and they did not have many towels available. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent stay

My family and I have been to Orange Beach for the past 5 summers. This was the first time we have stayed at the Sea Chase complex, and we absolutely loved it!! The condo was amazing, and my favorite place yet! We will be back. The condo was clean, well stocked kitchen, and very spacious for our family of 5. The unit was convenient to get to, close to the elevator, and a short walk to the beach. The grounds were clean and well kept. The pools were also a favorite of ours. There are several pools and hot tubs on the property that we enjoyed. It was a great trip!

Lovely property so we came back again

This is the second time we have stayed at this exact home. Pur little one calls it the "pink hotel". This room has everything you would need to cook with. Publix and Wal-mart are just across the street. The room is located on the 10th floor and has a beautiful view. We hope to continue this new tradition of ataying in exactly this place. I hope you all enjoy staying here as much as we have.
