Nestled on the 2nd floor, this Orange Beach condo rental boasts a large private wrap-around balcony, offering panoramic views of the beach and water. Accessible from the living room, Primary bedroom, and both guest rooms, this balcony provides the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the coastal ambiance.

The Primary suite is a luxurious retreat, featuring a comfortable King bed, a private bath with a tile walk-in shower, and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The second bedroom offers another King bed, while the third bedroom boasts a Queen bed, ensuring ample sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests. Each guest room is equipped with a flat-screen TV for added convenience.

For those interested in staying active, the complex includes a tennis and pickleball court, providing a fun way to engage in sports. Guests can take advantage of the grilling area, perfect for outdoor dining and gatherings. The complex also features a boardwalk leading directly to the beach, with a rinse-off area for convenience after beach activities.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

Beautiful beach condo

This was a perfect little get away for our family. We had beautiful weather during off season. The area is very nice. The condo was clean, walk out to the beach, with a nice outdoor pool. We loved the location. 10/10 recommend!!

Absolutely loved this condo!! Perfect for our family and one of the cleanest I've ever occupied. Ease of check in/check out was wonderful. Indoor pool was a plus for us. Very roomy and any problems were addressed immediately. I fully recommend this condo

Beds were all comfortable. 2nd story was perfect to be able to walk down one flight and get to the beach. Quiet unit. Couldn’t hear my neighbors. Kitchen had everything I needed. Hot water in 2nd hall bath was not the greatest but it was good in the master shower

Beautiful view. Overall nice condo but needed a few things fixed. Faucet in master bath comes off. Water damage on wall beside shower. Outside doors hard to open. Security lock on main door broken off. Great appliances, stocked well. Loved the ice maker.

Lovely Orange Beach Condo

Excellent condo located in Orange Beach, AL. This beach town is my family's favorite place for a beach vacation each year. We have stayed in several different condos over the years. This one was perfect. The condo is exactly as pictured, and we had everything we needed. The porch/balcony is the best we have had, including some of the more high end complexes. The beds are comfortable and the unit was very clean. Definitely would rent this condo again.

Family Vacation July 2022

We loved staying in this condo. The balcony was awesome especially since this is a corner unit. All 3 bedrooms had a balcony door. The best part is the master suite is on the opposite side from the other two bedrooms and bath. This worked great for us grandparents and my daughter, her husband and three children. Access to the beach was wonderful with only being on the 2nd floor. The resorts pools were great, especially the baby one four our 1 year old. Access to it was super easy and so was the checkout. I would highly recommend this unit. I give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars!

Beautiful beach bliss

Our family of six (all adults) stayed six nights in this condo. I picked this one over others for a couple of reasons: easy to run up and down one flight of stairs rather than wait for an elevator, and the spectacular wrap around deck with actual, comfortable furniture. It was perfect. We lounged for hours on the big shaded deck and enjoyed the views as we peeped through the palm trees. It was plenty spacious for us, and we especially enjoyed the BIG dining table when we got ready to share a meal or play games. The kitchen had everything we needed for the limited cook prep we did. Everything was sparkling clean and great condition (with the exception of a little bit of missing paint on the back of the master bath door). The only nuisance is that if you're in one of the secondary bedrooms you'll hear the banging of the gate where people access the pool/beach area. The outdoor pool was great...one of our all time favorites. And you're just steps from the squeaky white sand. Great location near grocery stores and restaurants. You can walk straight across the street to Dollar General and a couple of beach stores if you need to grab something and don't want to drive. Very convenient! We loved it and would 100% recommend that you book it!
