Spend your days between the white-sand beach and shared beachfront pool, then come home for porch conversations and supper together. Enjoy a king bed, two queen beds, queen sleeper sofa, equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and covered parking for two. Please note: 16 exterior steps lead to the entrance; the cottage has no direct beach view.

With just under 1,500 square feet, two bedrooms, three bathrooms, and sleeping space for eight guests, this coastal retreat makes room for both togetherness and a little time to yourself.

The open living area keeps everyone connected. Someone can be fixing breakfast while others chat at the island, and the kitchen flows naturally into the living and dining spaces.

After a day outdoors, settle onto the light blue-gray sofa or claim one of the two upholstered armchairs. There’s a coffee table for a friendly card game, a television for a relaxed evening, and lamps that make the room feel cozy once the day winds down.

A sliding glass door opens from the living room to an exterior deck, giving you another place to pause and enjoy some fresh air.

There’s no need to fill every hour here. Sometimes the best plan is simply being together.

Sleeping Arrangements

Primary Bedroom: A King-Size Retreat

When you’re ready to turn in, the primary bedroom offers a king-size bed with four pillows, coordinating coastal bedding, and bedside lamps for a little reading before sleep.

Two bedside tables, a dresser, and a full-length mirror help you settle in beyond the suitcase. A ceiling fan, plantation shutters, and a wall-mounted television round out the room.

The attached bathroom features a double-sink vanity, shower, and wall-mounted hair dryer, giving you a comfortable place to get ready for dinner or rinse off the day.

Guest Bedroom: Two Queen Beds

The guest bedroom has two queen beds with coordinating bedding and blue blankets folded at the foot. A shared bedside table and lamp sit between the beds, and a woven bench at each footboard offers a handy spot to sit or set down a bag.

Plantation shutters and a ceiling fan continue the cottage’s relaxed coastal feel.

The attached bathroom includes a double-sink vanity, shower with sliding glass doors, and wall-mounted hair dryer.

Additional Sleeping: Queen Sleeper Sofa

The living room sofa converts to a queen sleeper, providing an additional sleeping option for your group.

The cottage accommodates a maximum of eight guests across the king bed, two queen beds, and queen sleeper sofa.

Kitchen & Dining: Pull Up a Chair

Vacation meals don’t have to be elaborate to become a favorite memory. Pancakes before the beach, sandwiches packed for the afternoon, or fresh local takeout shared around the table all have a place here.

The kitchen includes granite countertops, cabinet storage, and full-size Samsung appliances:

The dining table seats six beside a window with plantation shutters, while four additional chairs line the kitchen island. That’s ten indoor dining seats across the two areas, with room to spread out over breakfast or gather for supper.
Please bring any specialty cooking items, ingredients, or preferred coffee supplies your group may need.

Laundry & Linens
A stacked front-loading washer and dryer are located inside the cottage, making it easier to refresh clothes during your stay and pack a little lighter.

Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided. The bathroom linen allocation is:
2 bath towels per guest
2 hand towels per guest
2 washcloths per guest
Please pack your own beach towels for pool and beach outings.

Outdoor Living: A Little Porch Time
Bring your coffee outside, enjoy lunch in the shade, or linger over a conversation at the covered porch’s tall dining table with four matching chairs.

The cottage’s outdoor shower makes it convenient to rinse away sand before heading inside.

The maximum occupancy is eight guests.

Stair Access

The cottage requires climbing 16 exterior steps to reach the entrance.

Beach Views

There is no direct beach view from the home or balcony. Three cottages stand between Unit B and the beach.

Community Amenities

The swimming pool and beach boardwalk are shared with the Hammock Dunes community. Please follow posted rules during your stay.

Starter Supplies

We provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent to help you settle in. These are starter quantities, so please plan to purchase additional supplies as needed.

Housekeeping

The cottage will be cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. Routine housekeeping and replenishment of supplies are not provided during the stay.

Complimentary Outdoor Equipment

Any beach equipment, pool toys, or grills at the cottage are bonus items. Their availability and condition are not guaranteed.

Independent Beach Service

Paid beach-chair and umbrella rentals are arranged separately and are not included in the accommodation reservation.
A vehicle is convenient for grocery trips and exploring Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, and the surrounding Alabama Gulf Coast.

For beach and pool time, you can reach the shared community amenities from within Hammock Dunes. Detailed arrival and parking information will be provided before your stay.
