Romar Tower is a beautiful 35 unit complex with many amenities directly on the beautiful white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Located in Orange Beach, Alabama; you are minutes away from some of the best seafood restaurants, shopping, nightlife and activities for the entire family. This extremely large 2 bedroom 2 bath is 1200 square feet making it larger than many 3 bedrooms and can sleep 6 very comfortably without being on top of each other. This 8th story unit offers a balcony with one of the most breathtaking unobstructed views of the entire coastline.

The complex has a pool with plenty of space to layout, outdoor gazebo, and grills perfect for barbequing. Best of all, you are only a few short steps to the beautiful sugary white sand beaches!

This unit has hardwood cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, tile flooring, new bedding, and décor throughout. There is a sleeper sofa and loveseat and new bathtub in guest bath. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for any meal preparations you might plan.

Our convenient touchpad door locks take the worry and hassle of keeping up with your keys. Free cable and private high-speed internet access via Wi-Fi is included. A stacked washer and dryer are located in the unit. Additional amenities also include iron and ironing board and all linens.
The master bedroom has a king bed, guest room has a queen and there is a sleeper sofa and loveseat. There is a dedicated workspace with a desk and lamp located in the master bedroom.

We provide one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, a trash bag and a small bar of soap. This is enough to get started but NOT enough for the entire stay. We do not provide a blowdryer.

* The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. You can cancel 30 days prior to check in to get your money back.

We loved this condo! Great location really close to a few good restaurants without having to deal with traffic, large balcony and great ocean view. Beds were comfortable and condo was clean and roomy. We liked the smaller building size and less crowded beach.

I'm very roomy. Could not ask for a better spot in proximity to the beach. The property had private wash station, grills and pool made to stay easy and lots of fun. Would definitely recommend.

Loved that it was a one building complex. The pool was great for the children. Liked that you had to use a code to get to and from the beach. Would stay in this unit again. The owners were super nice and responded very quickly to any questions.

Great weekend getaway

Spectacular view from balcony and just steps from the beach access. We had a great time staying over the weekend. The condo is very comfortable and met all of our expectations. The inside of the coffee maker was quite dirty, but there are plenty of coffee shops nearby. Checking in and out was very simple, host gave clear instructions for access. Highly recommend and would return!

Property manager was really quick to answer our communications!! Fast and friendly. Only suggestion, the building its self needs an update. The smoke detection system was very old and inadequate, and the building is lacking a fire suppression system.

Place was exactly as shown here, better even, right on the beach, very easy access to other places, but also not too crowded, the place is smaller than a lot of others and it made it more comfortable, had one little hiccup and they got the issue fixed right away, if I ever came back I would try to stay here! The king bed is very firm, I’m not sure if it’s because it may be brand new or what but I couldn’t sleep on it two of the three nights, but it was fine! The balcony is the best, it is very large and you get the best views! I would definitely recommend this to everyone! Thanks for letting us stay here! It was a very much needed getaway

Paradise Found

First, we loved the actual condo. The location was perfect, the condo was very homey & the view is amazing. It was the absolute perfect size for our family and we 100% would stay at this condo again. At no fault of the condo owner, the property was refinishing the outside of the entire building. So elevators took a long time to get to you during the week days. And on 2 days we were awoken to the sound of saws literally cutting the plaster walls off on the front of the condo (where our teens were sleeping). The workers were friendly but it was very dusty & messy.
