**NO Elevator Needed-Parking Level Unit** Lazy River/3rd Floor Beachfront!

Phoenix West is one of the best condominium complexes in Orange Beach. Whether you're floating down the lazy river or having a drink on the balcony and taking in the sun this is the condo for you! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.

No need to wait on the elevator when you can park on the 3rd floor and walk directly to your condo! It is also an ideal location to keep an eye on the kids as they play in the lazy river and outdoor pools.
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 50” flat screen HDTV in living room and flat screen HDTVs in all the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. This unit features a sleeper sofa, 2 master bedrooms with King beds and the 3rd bedroom has TWO Queen beds.

There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix West with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

We loved this unit! We had a group of 9 and we were not lacking any space amongst us. Plenty of beds, and we never had to fight over a bathroom. Each room has its own. The kitchen was equipped with all your cooking/baking needs, but dont forget your favorite spices to cook with. The laundry room is in the bathroom in the hallway. They do provide 2 packets of laundry and dish soap. The ice maker was a fantastic bonus! The balcony's view was amazing that allowed the perfect view of the beach and ocean. It also overlooked the lazy river and outdoor pools. Loved that our floor was on the same level as the parking garage. Made brining in our luggae easy. The condo does provide carts to help assist with bringing things in. Check-in is at 4pm in the dot. Check-out is at 10am. Neither were a problem for us. It's a simple process. Parking is 60 dollars per vehicle and make sure its validated through the number of days you stay or you will get a warning. This was no one's fault and the mix up was a simple fix. We stayed during Spring Break and unfortunately it was cold but the interior pool was heated and 2 hot tubs. So we stayed in there most of the time. This was definitely worth the money. Oh side note: there were some floaties, sand toys, chairs and that were left in the unit for your use. Overall I would 100% recommend this unit and book again without a 2nd thought.

This is a great property especially for the value. There are multiple activities onsite and a beautiful beach as well. It is priced quite a bit less than comparable properties and with family staying in two other units I was able to compare - only difference may be some furnishings. Who needs that? It was clean, comfortable, spacious AND much less expensive than the other units. You will be pleased if you choose this unit.

Family Vacation 2025

We visited Orange Beach for the 3rd year in a row for our 4th of july family vacation. The condo was nice and spacious and very clean. The only issue is the decor and appliances are very outdated. Updating these things would make the unit perfect.

Condo is great! Great location. Enjoyed the lazy river! Condo could have been cleaned better the floors need a good mopping. the guest bedroom shower drained slow, the master bathroom toilet started running the flapper needs replaced.

Needs Cleaning & Updating

The unit was roomy, but needs a thorough cleaning & updating. Several electrical outlets didn’t work. The drapes & bedspreads need to be cleaned or replaced. There was mold in the drip tray & the water/ice dispenser housing of the fridge. The shower heads were corroded. There was a strong odor of mildew from the middle bathroom/laundry. One tub/shower didn’t drain properly & the toilet was hard to flush. Some dishes were put away dirty. The lounge chair on the balcony was broken. There were silverfish bugs, etc.
Missing globe & light.
Excessive dust everywhere.
Hair between dirty glasses in kitchen cabinet.
Broken lounge chair on balcony. Unusable.

Winter stay unit 303

The property is clean and staff is nice and helpful. The indoor heated pool is great as there were a few days of colder weather. The outdoor pool and lazy river are nice but a bit too cold for anyone other than ambitious kids. Our unit was spacious and clean. Unfortunately, on our second night there was a leak several floors above which leaked through the ceiling in 2 bathrooms. Staff were helpful with providing fans, heaters and dehumidifiers for the bathrooms and hall where the leak was. We couldn’t really use those bathrooms afterwards due to the large noisy equipment in the rooms. The noise from the equipment made one of the bedrooms unusable as well. We didn’t ask to be switched to a different unit as we wanted to be on a lower floor, but it would have been nice if it was offered as it was quite disruptive to our stay. Other than this issue, which was not the fault of this management company, we had only minor issues. One of the toilets has a broken handle and the tank needs to be fixed as we had to take off the lid to stop the constant filling of the tank that would not shut off. With only two remaining usable bathrooms, this was a bit annoying. The supplies include only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and no coffee filters. While we have stayed at places with only a “starter pack” of supplies, this is the most bare bones we have had. A bit more attentiveness from the manager and a few extra supplies would go a long way and make this place great.

Need to update dishwasher. Bottom tray has missing wheels and results in tray landing on cleaning sprayer. We had a good time and enjoyed our stay. Weather was a little gloomy but the indoor facilities helped to provide entertainment. We had a great time

Not at all as expected

If I could select 0 for the cleanliness, I would. As soon as we walked up to the door, I noticed spots on the curtains from the outside. The walls were filthy with marks on all of them.

Family trip

Lots of room. The condo needs some attention to details, broken chair, missing part to fridge, handles on toilet need tightening, a little more attention to cleaning, air vents and slats on closet doors really need to be cleaned occasionally. Otherwise great vacation experience.

Condo was perfect for our family, lots of amenities we didn't need to leave at all. The only down fall, Parking was not ideal it's $50 per vehicle and for a 3 bedroom condo you can only purchase 2 spots. Two beach chairs and 2 umbrellas is $45 per day or you can bring your own
