Palm Beach Resort is a low-density, Gulf-front complex known for its peaceful atmosphere and prime location along the beautiful shores of Orange Beach. Onsite amenities include a heated outdoor pool, fitness center, and a Game Room located in Building D, 3rd floor, behind the elevator. Guests also enjoy free WiFi, picnic areas, and a scenic common terrace/patio space perfect for outdoor dining and socializing. With easy access to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions, Palm Beach Resort offers everything you need for a relaxing coastal getaway.

Some upkeep is needed!

Someone who owns/manages this rental should stay here for a few days. They could develop a list of cleanup/fixs that are needed. I would work on the place, if I owned it. Otherwise, it is a nice place. Palm Beach has done some good work on the property.

Weekend fun

Beautiful condo with great staff

The condo was perfect. There are 2 pools and each have outside bathrooms, which is great if you have young kids. The location is very convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. We will definitely try to rent again.

Coronacation

This was a nice little place for my family of 4 to stay for a nice week away. This was not the vacation we had planned but thanks to Corona we were not able to do what we originally wanted to do but this was a great place to come and relax. Very short walk to the beach and two pools. The room was very clean and decorated nicely.

Great weekend getaway

We were pleased with the location of this condo. We were able to find a spot on the beach which was not crowded at all. We only had a very short walk from the condo to the beach. We had no problems and enjoyed our stay. As mentioned in other reviews, the king size bed is still creaky. It is fairly comfortable, though. We would stay here again.

It was great. Only problem, bed needs replaacing, sinks in about 4 inches and very noisy just climbing in bed. Well equiped, clean, very convenient to Walmart, very private beach, pool clean, plenty of seating with tables. Condo well furnished. Awesome trip.

Palm Beach 23A

We have stayed at Palm Beach in the past and have enjoyed it. The only complaint is I wish they would work on getting a better gym onsite. They list this property as having a gym but it’s never in good working condition- and is VERY tiny. Bed was comfortable but it sounds as if you are on an air mattress. Very loud for some reason when moving.

Fabulous and Easy!

Everything was up to date and clean. The apartment is comfortably and beautifully furnished/decorated. The facility was clean and beautiful. My kids loved the pool. There was always somebody to hang out with. We also loved immediate access to the beach. I would definitely recommend this place. You can tell the place is loved and taken care of.

Great Experience!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was just as described and everyone was very friendly. It would have been nice to have a way to replenish fresh towels and toilet paper or more than one load of detergent to wash towels. We ended up having to make a trip to purchase. Otherwise, our trip was great!

Great location. Easy access to the beach. Not impressed with the condo itself. Kitchen could be more accommodating. Beds need to be updated. Master bath was the only bonus. It is huge.

The location has a high rise being built next to our room entrance. The Teflon skillets didn't have Teflon left. Phone service was not goodincondo. Mattress was not so good. We love the facility over all. NOT that room.

Overall good

Shower was backwards meaning cold was hot and hot was cold. Reported it and fixed immediately. Our fridge and freezer never really worked. Put popsicles in freezer on day 1. Day 4….. still not frozen. Overall the stay was great. Clean facility. Constant workers cleaning up and planting flowers. Family friendly for sure. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others

Misrepresented

The photos on line and where we stayed were not the same. Condo was dirty, the bedding was awful and could hardly sit on any of the furniture for sinking. We asked for a refund and were told no. They even hung up on us. Palm Beach as a whole was nice. Enjoyed the pool. Will go back but not thru liquid Life and will verify the condo.

My experience

The place did not look like the pictures. Floors dirty, terrible mattress. We had to buy pans because the one provided was terrible. We find plates, knifes, forks and plates.. that’s all. Dishwasher had the handle broken and cause us cuts in our hands. Location is good .

My stay at the plam beach

We had a overall ok stay. There were some things that were not very good. The bed was wore slap out and if you moved the slightest bit it would make all kinds of noise. The hot water in the master shower would not work and hot water wouldn’t even last to build the tub full of hot water. The people and beach and pools were good but the condo seemed little out dated. The pictures showed you could see beach from balcony but when we arrived all you could see was palm trees. Overall it was ok but very disappointed on the sleep I got due to the bed and not able to take a hot shower
