Phoenix III features all of the amenities that you should expect from a first-class resort destination, which include beachside pool, kiddie pool, sauna, tennis court, indoor heated pool, hot tub, & BBQ area. Unit 3031 offers black out drapes, stainless appliances, quartz counters, stunning beach views & floor-to-ceiling windows. With a king in the master, king in BR #2, 2 full beds in BR #3, and a sleeper-sofa in the living area, we can sleep up to 10. Parking is paid separately upon arrival.

Re-Imagined and Re-Decorated, Top to Bottom and Wall to Wall! This Three Bedroom Condo is on the Perfect Floor in Popular Phoenix III with a gorgeous view of The Gulf of Mexico. Beautifully re-decorated and Walk-in Ready for your Second Home or Memorable Vacation. Up-Grades include New Black Out Drapes, Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring, Freshly Painted, New Stainless Appliances, Glass Tile Backsplash in the Kitchen to compliment the Quartz Counter Tops. The Kitchen has even been Re-Stocked with all new Dishes and Cookware. New Furniture and Bedding Throughout. All Light Fixtures have been replaced even down the Switches and Covers! Within walking distance of several great restaurants. With a king bed in the master, King in the second bedroom, two full beds in the third bedroom, and a sleeper-sofa in the living area, Phoenix III 3031 can accommodate up to 10 guests. Parking is paid separately upon arrival to the complex from the front desk (2 vehicle max). Per HOA, cost is currently $55 per vehicle (subject to change without notice).

Awesome Rental!

Great location, on the beach and close to restaurants and attractions. Managers were great and made our entire experience stress-free! We loved the corner unit with views in multiple directions. Would definitely recommend this rental!

The timely emails, and the follow up call of the day we were traveling was Awesome!! Orange beach Phoenix 3 room 3031

We absolutely loved our stay here!! The condo was beautiful, access to beach was so close and easily accessible. The host was great to work with. This was our first time at Orange Beach (we usually go to Pensacola), but it did not disappoint. I loved the furnishings and the condo was exactly what we needed for 6 adults and and year old. I would highly recommend this host and condo.

Great Stay and Communication

Reception for getting parking pass and bracelets took a long time and there was only one person checking everyone in. Unpacked then went back and got that. Wish that could be purchased and printed before we got there. We are Cajuns so we loved that the condo was stocked with everything we needed to cook our steaks and rice and gravy. It was a perfect fit for us. Good thing it stormed on the day we left because I never want to leave the cool beach breeze.

The only complaints I have is i thought the rooms could have been cleaner. There was dust on the ceiling fan blades and used q tips and face mask left in the master bedroom. It was an easy clean up so I didnt complain. Also the indoor pool and the hot tubs has a lot of chlorine in them. They actually ruined the swim suits we worenin them. But overall the stay was very pleasant.
