Poolside Retreat with Gulf View

Seaside Beach & Racquet Club is a prestigious condominium complex which is located in the heart of Orange Beach & near everything you will need. The many amenities include 2 large beach side outdoor pools, a year round heated indoor pool, gazebo, exercise room, sauna, steam room, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, deck with picnic tables, several grilling areas, shuffle board, bagged ice machine, security guarded entrance. A club house/meeting room is available with certain restrictions(contact managers office for details).

This is a pristine poolside unit located on the convenient ground floor. It features a sunny yard of grass and palm trees beyond the patio and has a view of the Gulf of Mexico. It has been upgraded with granite counter tops in the kitchen with designer tile back splash. It has a stacked washer/dryer, designer kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, ceramic tile, comfortable carpeting in the bedroom, ceiling fans and a new sleeper sofa.

This unit sleeps 4 with a queen bed in the bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in the living area. There are flat screen TV's, free wifi and ceiling fans in the bedroom and living area. You will find the kitchen equipped with all the utensils required for you to prepare a gourmet meal. There is ample space for dining at the spacious serving bar or enjoy outdoor dining on the balcony. A stacked laundry is conveniently located in the hall. Since this is a ground floor unit there is no elevator to ride. You will park just steps from your door which has a keypad lock requiring no key. A lock box with a key is mounted beside the door if a key is needed. Parking pass must be purchased upon your arrival. It can be purchased at the guard shack or the managers office.

This great location is near restaurants, fishing, marinas, shopping, parks, numerous family oriented activities and the world famous Flora-Bama. To the east its a 30 minute drive to Pensacola, FL where you may visit the Naval Air Station (home of the Blue Angels). Its a 1 hour drive west to Mobile Bay where the USS Alabama is docked. From Mobile, its a short drive west to Biloxi, MS where you may visit several casinos.

This complex provides the best quality beach vacation you will find and it is desirable any season the year. So come on down to the beautiful Alabama Gulf Coast.

My husband and I throughly enjoyed our stay. The location is so ideal. Every restaurant we went to was 4-10 mins down the road. The condo was clean & comfortable. Even though this room is walking steps from the pool, we had no issues with unwanted noise. We look forward to booking here again in the future.

Father son Vacation

This is my second time staying at the Seaside Beach and Racquet Club an once again i am very happy with our stay. The property is very bice clean an well maintained. The room was very clean an nice. It actually felt as if i was at home in a nice cozy little apartment. The pool was very beautiful an clean. The beach access was wonderful an made going an coming to an from the beach very easy. I would highly recommend this place!!! I definitely look forward to staying there again!!!

Excellent for a weekend getaway

Boyfriend and I stayed in 4111 for a weekend getaway, and this unit was perfect for two people. Right next to one of the pools and literally steps from the beach. Everything was clean! Will definitely consider staying again. My only complaint was the bed, my side kind of sagged, I think either the frame is broken or there’s a busted spring. But really that was the only thing! I still slept fine!

September Vacation

Everything was made so easy for us. The key code to the door and the beach entrance was provided before we came. We were able to park right beside our ground floor condo. We had never had a ground level condo but really liked how easy it made our treks to the beach and pool. The condo was nice and had everything we needed. It was small but perfect for the two of us.

Loved the location

Went to Orange Beach for a softball tournament so lots of time spent playing/driving. This condo was exactly what we wanted-pool and ocean by just walking outside so we could make the best use of our free/family time. Surrounded by restaurants, arcades, souvenir shops, Walmart not far down the street so it was easy to do all stops, both needed and fun. The view from the condo was even better than we imagined from the pictures. Our first time staying in a rental by owner and loved the experience!

Nice clean property with fantastic beach access

If you want a location with convenient beach access, this property is tough to beat. The beach is just a quick jaunt past the pool and just over a small sand dune and there it is, a fine white carpet of sand leading to the Gulf of Mexico. Fantastic. It's also quick access to the room from the parking lot, since it's on the first floor, no worrying about the elevators. Very nice on those rare cold, rainy days (unfortunately we had a couple during our stay). The condo itself is well furnished with a comfortable couch and chairs and the kitchen is plenty big for your meals. Perhaps the only thing I would change is having a bigger TV in the living room. The couch is set back on one wall with a small TV on the opposite wall. Although it served its purpose, a bigger TV would be much better in this space. As for communication with the managers, Jason and Milton were prompt to respond to whatever query I had, so kudos to them. I would stay there again with no hesitation!

Cleanliness

The location is perfect. The cleanliness was acceptable, but it needs a little more touches - the walls, lamps, fans were covered in dust. The bed and the couch were uncomfortable. When you enter, you need to pay $50 to enter and use the parking space. Appliances and the kitchen were very useful and if they worked a little more on cleaning and replaced the couch and sofa, it would be an excellent place. Additionally, the air conditioning was at a bad place in the bedroom - it's like directly over your face. My daughter has asthma and allergies and it made her flare up.

Went on Ratings and Expected More

My husband and I planned a little getaway for the weekend and I usually go with properties that have high ratings in the area we like to stay. Our favorite part of our stay was it was a very short walk to be on the beach and the gray furniture on the patio was comfy. Some of the things that we were not happy with was the cleanliness of the property. The shower curtain was full of black mold on the inside and at the bottom. The toilet even had black mold inside along the water line. The light right outside the bedroom window was very annoying to sleep. The pillows were so flat and very little blankets. The temp would not go any lower than 70 degrees. The television in the living room was about the size of a computer monitor! Ridiculous! The ottoman in front of the couch was so small and low. The dishes were so cheap - it was like they went to dollar store on the clearance rack to find them. We were NOT happy with this stay at all as we expected way more. Guess you get what you pay for. We will NOT be staying at this location again.

Gulf Shore trip

The location of the condo was fantastic! The grounds were well kept and monitored by security. Condo was nice. Could use a deeper clean in a couple areas, and some basic work, but was basically clean and comfortable. Other than the mattresses, bed and foldout couch mattresses were hard and not very comfortable. But that could be a personal preference. Overall it was a wonderful location and great property. Enjoyed our stay.

We booked our vacation in February for October. When we pulled onto the property for our vacation we discovered that the property was in the process of upgrades. No mention of work being planned by the property owner. The note in the elevator stated work would be done on the property from June to mid November. Heads up would have been great to at least give us the option of booking elsewhere. When I say upgrades there was grinding and banging from 8:00 am to 5:00pm. Obstruction of views due to plastic wrapped on all balconies and workers on cabled walkboards. Consideration for people wanting a hard earned vacation and that pay good money for rooms should be informed in advance of upgrades, construction, exc.
